Shady things going on at this store. Not super happy about the experience I just had, I was extremely mislead and feel it was intentional to get more money out of me. I called the store to place a delivery order. Before I ordered I asked if they have the deep dish duo deal which is 6 slices of pizza and a side of bread for around $15. They said yes they have it. So I ordered and my food was delivered. My total was over $30! I was so confused. I gave the delivery driver a $50 bill expecting to get change and give him a tip but he took the money and started to walk away. I asked for change and he made a big deal about it. He finally gave me change and left without giving me a receipt. I finally open up my boxes to eat and the pizza is missing two of the slices, I only got four instead of the six that comes with deep dish duo. Between the price overcharge and the missing slices, I called the store to speak to a manager. I explain the whole situation and she proceeds to tell me they don’t have a deep dish duo deal anymore and they gave me a small instead which now only has four slices. The manager totally dismissed everything I said and pretty much told me sorry that’s just how it is. So they mislead me when I called to specifically ask ahead of time (prior to ordering) if they have the deep dish duo deal and told me they have it. Then created their own order at a much higher price that is not what I asked for. And didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even submit a costumer service inquiry on the website. Read moreMy one star is not for the pizza but it is for the customer relations/service. I ordered a party tray through the text option and i paid for it prior to picking up. When i got to the store I was told that the payment didn’t go through. I was like, are you sure because I submitted it online and it said complete. The worker rolled his eyes and looked annoyed, like i was wasting his time. So i ran my credit card again. When I got home, I saw that I paid twice, so i called the store the next day and they voided one of the charges and said that it would take a couple days. I waited seven days and it still wasn’t refunded so I went back to the store to get it straightened out. They told me i have to come back when the owner is there. At this point in like, Is this a joke? So when i finally was able to meet all the criteria to get my refunded, the owner Franko looked annoyed. It was getting busy so he was clearly annoyed that i was there at that time, but maybe if they handled it the first fifteen times that i tried. Read moreTypically this is my families go to pizza spot because we can always count on great service and delicious food. Today was the first time I was disappointed with both. I walked in to pick up my pizza, was ignored for atleast 2 minutes as multiple workers walked by me, then when someone finally came to help I was told my pizza was still in the oven and it would be 5-10 minutes. I walked outside to get my 10 month old and patiently waited inside for my pizza. When it was ready the tall gentleman with long hair handed me the boxes, looked at me holding my child and said “oh man good luck carrying these”. I honestly thought he was joking and was going to offer to hold the door or something. Nope he was dead serious and turned around and continued what he was doing.
