This place is a complete joke.
The fact that they have a plastered warning to potential customers 🚩(red flag) 🚩before you enter that is when they do not have their doors locked during normal business hours letting people know that they will not tolerate abuse? (Red flag) 🚩 Advice would be to dine at this location in so that when they botch your order which is most likely you can hope maybe you might get some customer service. Of course there might be a good chance this 26 mile location is not open for dine🚩 in because for some strange reason on many occasions the dine in area is off limits? & the doors to enter inside are locked during ordinary hours 🚩Why? Most likely out of worries and alleviating concerns if an unhappy camper comes back because of the bad service and bad food and wrong items likely results in these employees going rogue and closing up shop when they feel like it. Why deal with angry slighted customers when you can hide out inside. Because who in their right mind would want to go thru a drive thru a 2nd or 3rd time. The remodel of the location and parking lot is a lot worse than when this was a dual restaurant slash gas station convenience store. Whatever person in charge of the new design dropped the ball almost as bad if not worse than the likely no service you might get when you come to realize they have the doors locked at noon instead of have them open for customers. Also be careful about entering from van dyke because the bad redesign has cars entering from van dyke running right into cars exiting from the drive thru what a beyond unsmart and poor design good luck if you have a big vehicle. Best to avoid save yourself the grief.
If you are dead set on overpriced McDonald's it good idea to find a different one. I would not want to be the owner of this location it's bad don't say you...

I went in during breakfast time today 09/21/2024 and the lady at the drive thru window giving me my food proceeds to give me my smoothie and I was like “oh there’s an extra cup” and tried to give it to her to throw out. Then she explained to me that she gave me an extra cups because sometimes the smoothie leaks but as I said in the beginning I’m pretty chill so if it leaked a little I didn’t care but because I was driving I didn’t want to risk spilling my smoothie everywhere because there was a second cup on the outside which has made the inside cup slip and spill in the past. Knowing this I asked her again “well can u just throw it away for me then please” and she goes “uh no” and THERE WAS A TRASH CAN RIGHT BEHIND HER. I understand she doesn’t want to get a nasty call if the smoothie leaks but I DID NOT WANT THE EXTRA CUP and I explained that I didn’t care if it leaked. I work in food so I totally understand having policies and trying to stick to them but I also understand customer service and sometimes you just need to be able to please the customer especially with something as simple and small as that. It is a little thing but this is the kind of thing that makes people never want to come back and the place go out of business. I found it very rude that when she literally moved I could see the trash can from the drive thru window and she still just tells me no she couldn’t throw it away. I’m in the drive thru for a reason I’m not gonna get out and go inside to throw away an extra cup. Something NEEDS to be done abt that girl. Read moreThe Indian lady that was the manager was rude, unprofessional, petty and could not do her job properly as she wouldn't give me her name! I waited 31 minutes for a mocha frappe that I ordered on the app and she just walked away and said I wasn't charged I looked on my credit card went back to my car I was charged. I asked her for another manager would be in and her name she wouldn't give me either I asked her for the corporate number she said it's 800 something and walked away. So I continue to use my app at the counter for the mocha frappe the counter girl needed her help so she came over and showed her how to put the code in and as I was paying she shouted out the frappe machine is down and I asked her why is it down just when I'm ordering it she said oh because it's in cleaning mode there's nothing I could do! I come here every day I was 30 minutes late for work because of this whole inconvenience. Can corporate please reach out to me. I have to say since this lady took over his manager the place is gone downhill as she was whispering with the other blonde big girl.. about the frappe machine being down laughing about it. I don't know why they think it's ok to harass the customers and play petty games with their order . They should not work here!
