So I go in to get a doordash for a customer. I'm waiting to see an employee for 4 minutes. Then they say it was already picked up. At which point, I said "it looks like the number for my order is on the screen, can you check for me?" The lady who checked comes back out and says "they're working on it." So I wait for 20 minutes. It was a large order. At which point, 20 minutes later I ask again if it's almost done. They say it was already picked up. I went to clarify with the worker and she said she told me it was already picked up. But then I'm trying to ask her to remember that after I clarified with her she told me they are making it, she refused and kept cutting me off when I talked. I asked to talk to manager. Manager was in earshot and cowardly stood behind her employees saying I can't do anything, and I said I understand that and I'll call doordash but just wanted to explain that her employee lied to me and had me waiting for almost a half hour while I'm trying to get paid as well and work. She had no care in the world received the information in an off-putting manner and was highly disrespectful to me as they didn't even let me speak my peace and wasted my time and money. They took absolutely no accountability and didn't even offer an apology. THEN, after cutting me off and everything, all I did was wait in their lobby and try to explain what happened, she (as in the great manager) proceeds to tell Doordash support I was the disrespectful one. The audacity. It's a shame she is manager. Waste a half hour plus of your time and pay and somehow they think they lost something, not you. The huge company was being hurt. I was just asking for a little respect in receiving my input on a situation that hurt me in your store and she didn't care and in fact was against me, someone helping deliver for her store. Complete shame. Absolutely a complete shame she is manager. You should've seen her face how rude she was holding it. And then has the audacity to say I was after explaining a situation. And while waiting, manager was saying "tell me before i ask, not after" about something, and the employee was defiantly saying something in opposition and she tried to cover her lack of power with humor and then shifted her madness to me or something. In our argument, 1 problem was resolving then another rose of disrespect. She couldnt get that. Oh! And I got doordash to tell me what she said and she said they were the disrespected and upset ones, when she just told me to my face 5 minutes before she wasn't upset or mad. Sooo, she lies too to skew the truth....
Read more😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡This place is disgusting I just moved to the neighborhood and I was expecting friendly service except I get rude and disrespectful attitude and the African-American manager at the window is absolutely freaking horrible she is ghetto and full of attitude there is no way shape or form that a person who is a so-called manager of the window should be treating any customer like that at all she’s disgusting and she’s lucky I don’t make a police report but I will let this one go for the sake of my child who was in the back witnessing the whole thing the way she was talking to me .. please get rid of her if you want your business to succeed and anyone can think anything they would like I am not being racist but anytime you put ghetto African Americans people in an establishment that place will be trash get rid of those people Or at least train them to be respectful to others ... they have absolutely zero listening skills they don’t give you what you ask for they don’t give you what you want they just throw whatever the hell they feel like in the bag .. my five-year-old child could do a better listening job than any of those so-called employees over there taking orders shut that place down ASAP I will not rest until I contact corporate and find out why they are letting people get away with treating...
Read moreI was at the 23 and Van Dyke Mc Donalds. Store was clean. The kid that waited on me was very nice. Thinking he was new. I asked if they still had the muffin coffee special he said he did not know. So I just purchased them separate and paid more. I also asked for a cup of water which he handed me a sundae cup. I said really, do you have something with a lid. My order is to go, I'm driving. He said I don't know that's what we give. I ended up buying a soda so I could use the cup for water. My nephew an ice cream cone. After he took my order he stood there. A minute passed he took another order. After he finally made my coffee. The lady from drive through got my muffin and made my nephews cone. Then I asked for my cup I purchased for my water. As he handed it to a man walked up asking if that store gave free refills on coffee he replied I don't know, I'm not really sure. I butted in ...and said most Mc Donald's do. Then said excuse me to the drive through person and showed it they did free coffee refills, she replied yes we do... I took my $1.06 cup and got my water and left. If the kid was new he needs better training. My coffee was bitter after 6 cream and one splenda but I was already down the road. I'll for sure hit a different Mc Donalds...
