The early afternoon shift on Monday 10/6/2025 doesn’t seem to be the best.

Smoothie was bland and not blended as well as it could have been. I’ve had better workers on other shifts blend it perfectly, plenty of times.

Obviously who ever is making the smoothies isn’t taking their time, nor do they seem to be concerned about putting enough ingredients in the smoothie to make it flavorful as it should be.

Also my food was cold as can be! Literally not even slightly warm. Never have I had my food be as cold as it was during this experience at a tropical smoothie.

Usually tropical smoothies are pretty consistent but this shift obviously needs more training or a talking to…. To take their job a little more serious.

Went into tropical smoothie on my way to work to get a Bahama mama and the girl Jessica that was making them she was sitting them on the counters and not calling names so the customer before me was over there, touching all over the cup getting ready to stick their straw in it and then Jessica said their smoothies on the counter, and I asked to have mine made due to. They were touching all over the cup. She refused to remake my smoothie and had a real bad attitude with me so when I asked for a refund, I asked her so you will not remake my smoothie. She said no they weren’t touching your cup and I asked to speak to a manager. She said there was no manager I would give them my name and number. Jessica is not a customer...

I’ve been coming here for a long time and honestly, it’s just not the same anymore. I haven’t been in for a while because of work and staying busy, but when I finally came back, it felt like something changed. The smoothies were bland and not blended well, and my food wasn’t even warm.

The staff doesn’t seem as friendly or attentive as before, the girls were always amazing and super consistent. It’s disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite Tropical Smoothies, but after giving it another try this week, I think I’m done...
