I ordered food through the app and realized my order was wrong, I asked if one of my chicken wraps can be changed for spicy chicken sandwich, the cashier stated that is what I ordered, I then drove around and went inside to see if I can get fresh fries and was told they cannot do anything for me. The cashier called the GM and told her I was rude, when I was not, why would I be rude when I wanted her to change out fries for fresh fries. They called the police, I sat and waited for them to arrive, the officer went inside to see if they could provide me with fresh fries, but the officer stated for me to come back to speak to Shelby, she was professional and tried to help me get my money back, she told me that if going through my bank does not help come back to her, we'll I called to see if Shelby was there so I could let her know that my bank was not able to help and the person on the line stated she was the manager and I am band from the restaurant, I just want my money since I did not get my food and was never returning to the restaurant the way I was treated. No hospitality skills what so ever, they would not be in business if it was not for the community. The person that answered the phone stated that the issue was resolved and the GM called me and I did not answer my phone, and she left me a voice mail, I stated I then asked if she could take my number because she may have dialed the wrong number, she then stated we can not help you and you are band, I already band myself the day I had the issue. There were no voicemail left on my phone and I have a job, I do not just sit home playing with my phone all day, and my job is not a 9- 5, so to say something is resolved when it wasn't addressed with the person who is complaining is an understatement. Read moreGranted Doordash picks an order up; it's Arby's that is responsible for the food order being correct. I had no cheddar cheese on a Beef and Cheddar. I ordered bacon to go on both sandwiches, I didn't get it either. I ordered a cup of cheese sauce, didn't get it. A small drink was to come with it, didn't get it. There was only a half of curly fries, and there was dirt's and bits of string trash in the carton of the fries. I took the order to Arby's to get what I ordered, I was told that doordash drivers are whom orderes for you. When I called doordash, I found that was incorrect information. In fact, the order is generated by doordash, but the restaurant prepairs it before the driver picks up. All the driver is to do is give them the order number and name. Then deliver it. I confirmed this even with another doordash driver. And was stated the same. Yet The Arby's assistant manager would not remake the order even when I described the problem. Said I have to go through doordash. Any other place of business tries to correct the wrong. The manager wouldn't even listen to the issue and kept interrupting....

Was told I'd have to wait for cheese sticks and poppers. Okay sounds reasonable. She brought my food out while on her cell phone. Sorry for the wait and went back to her personal phone call. I got home 15 minutes away and realized I didn't have my expensive half pound beef and cheddar not any ranch I got a bunch of marinara. Okay so I didn't get the sauce, so I called about my sandwich. They said they would fix it. Went back to get my sandwich and I get a half pound beef and cheddar no extra cheese, actually barely had any cheese after driving home another 15 minutes.
