I wish there was a way to give less than one star. I order from dominos a lot for my family. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza & a beef pizza. 30 min after the tracker stated my order had arrived I called because we were approaching a hour wait. I was told that my order was with a couple of other deliveries and should be arriving soon. I asked if I would be receiving hot pizza, and was told absolutely. Another 30 minutes went by and my pizza finally arrived so after waiting an hour and 45 minutes, we received cold pizza that was also burnt and also had bubbles throughout the entire beef pizza leaving mainly crusted bread instead of pizza. I took pictures and called the store to talk to the manager and was told very rudely by the manager that it would be about two hours before she could have pizzas redelivered to my home. I asked her why the wait would be so long when I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes the first time, and my order was beyond the point of me wanting to feed it to my family. I was then told because āthey had other customers ahead of meā even though my order was already placed & should have been priority. I called to speak with another manager, left a complaint along with pictures and I received an email that someone would contact me, which has not happened a month later. I decided not to order Dominoās anymore, however on this past Saturday my family wanted Dominos . I placed my order and when the driver arrived, I wrote in a $5 tip on my credit card receipt, which you can clearly see. Instead of a $5 tip, I was charged a $7 tip. I called the store on Sunday to talk with the manager and was told that she did not know why that happened, and did not know what to do about it. She said that the assistant manager was not there and the other manager that was coming in wouldnāt know what to do either. I ask her if she could contact someone that could help her resolve the situation. She took my name and number and told me that she would call me back after she called her assistant manager. This was on Sunday, it is now Wednesday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I am officially DONE w/ Dominos! Hopefully I can get my issues resolved in the...

First they delivered to the wrong house. I did not receive any contact from anyone. Second I called and was told the manager called and delivered the pizza and just left it on the porch, when I stressed my frustration of it being delivered to the wrong address I was hung up on. My second call I received another employee who told me the manager would give me a call Third the manager never called back so my third call when I got āthe managerā they just straight up hung up on me. My fourth call I received the employee again. Who spoke for the manager I guess the manager lacks professionalism of any capacity I was told because the manager did it there is zero chance anything went wrong. And that there was nothing they could do. 60+ dollars of pizza just gone to the wind. No refund. And was told corporate number was on the website.
Iāve been ordering pizza from this location every Sunday for almost 2 months and this is the first and worst experience Iāve ever had. Every other order I was called if there was a problem or they were able to make the delivery without any issue. I donāt know what happened this time but I will never order from this...

According to google to be exact, I live 0.9 miles from this location. At 11pm I call to find out where my pizza is since it left at 10:24 pm. The guy who answered the phone was very apologetic (it wasn't the manager), he stated the. pizza just left 10 minutes ago and the. driver. had another stop. I requested to cancel the order and he attempted to put the manager on the phone and all I could hear in the background was the manager complaining about what is he supposed to do and no he doesn't wasn't to speak to me. When I inquired about a refund because I would not be accepting the order the manager was still yelling and wouldn't get on the phone. I eventually told the guy I will just have to dispute it with my credit card since there wasn't communication on a refund for a product I wouldn't be eating. After I hung up I ordered from Pizza Hut. I just moved to Shelby and this is my second and last time using this dominos. I feel like they are falsifying times on the app so they appear to be delivering faster to corporate. I will call corporate first thing Monday morning as well as my bank. Pending charge 45.00...
