I absolutely loved my experience here at Chamoy Ricos! The churro has whipped cream, strawberries, bananas, caramel & fruity pebbles. They were delicious!! Plus the owner is amazing. I will say it was alot more than it said it was on FB Marketplace. The price was more expensive at the store. Even though I talked to the woman owner & she said they were the price on Marketplace, I paid like $4 more dollars in the store with the man. I hope I can get them for the price on FB marketplace next time I go. I took screenshots of what its posted on FB for. So fingers Crossed. LoL. You get like 8 pierces of churros & they are soft & yummy. Plus they have a TON of more yummy looking food & desert items. I found a Mexican candy bar, that I absolutely love there & will definitely buy more & go as often as I can. Its a marinela strawberry gansito bar. Yummy. Plus the store is so cute & bright. Its a lovely experience that I will definitely be going to more. My son lives in Shelbyville so when I pick him up I'm going to go as much as I can. I have always had good experiences at this place. I’ve loved most everything I’ve gotten. I was very disappointed in my visit tonight. Granted they were super busy , and I knew they would be and wouldn’t have minded waiting. However, The two girls working have no customer service skills and don’t even acknowledge you standing there. Just walking around making gestures and whispering at each other, with no “get up in their go” - considering they have several people waiting. Literally at the counter multiple times and no “I’ll get right with you” almost like you aren’t even standing there. I will definitely not stop in should I see the same two girls working. Thankfully, I ended up realizing the wait was going to be even longer than I could’ve imagined after seeing the issue with them and decided to leave before they could get around to...

Do not waste your time and money. Smoothies are expensive and flavorless. Employees are just flat out immature and rude. They rolled their eyes at each other while you look at the menu and then have the audacity to look at you and whisper and giggling at each other while making your smoothie. Like really?! If you really care about people supporting local businesses, they need to hire friendly stuff. The tropical smoothie place next to them are way nicer.

PS. They don't carry any watermelon for some reason 🤷‍♀️ 😒🙄 and no aguas frescas. Please delete picture on Google maps stating you serve aguas frescas and watermelon. Just saying. False advertising.
