Mia's Table... interesting name, different, worth checking into.... after a long day of DI competition, my family was exhausted and hungry. Of course, the question always comes up... where should we eat? My husband remembered seeing the Mia's Table sign on the way to the competition. "Let's check it out, why not?" When we walked inside, we immediately smelled delicious food. But, oh no, my worst nightmare, you had to know your order quickly!! It was one of those order before you sit down places!! Okay, so it's really not that bad, but I'm one of those people who takes like 20 minutes to study a menu and pick out the just right choices for a meal. Luckily, there were little menus by the door and chairs against the walk that you could sit on. Se we did just that. I studied the menu, but it didn't take long for me to know just what I wanted, the chicken salad sandwich with a side of green beans and mac and cheese. My daughter ordered a hot dog with a side of fruit, and my husband ordered chicken fried steak. We paid for the meal and the cashier handed us a food beeper buzzing light up thingy. The restaurant was very busy and seating was limited, but we found a spot at the back of the restaurant. Our food came out quickly. Our meals were fantastic. I ate every bite of mine. For dessert, Mia's has an ice cream machine. We grabbed cones and filled them up with soft serve vanilla ice cream. We ate them on the way out. Overall, the experience was perfect. The food was divine, and it was a great family-friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. <3

I went to Mia's Table to join a group of ASL signers for a class assignment. I live about 45 mins away, so it's not a place I would have gone to otherwise. They were very accommodating of the group on that night. I had already ordered dinner, so I bought only a brownie. It was a big brownie. It was good, but a bit dry. After I left, I realized I had left some paperwork behind. I was almost home, so going back was not an option. I called the restaurant, and spoke with Mark. He went to the area where I'd been sitting twice, and found my paperwork. He told me he'd hold on to it for me so I could pick it up the next day. I drove out there again, got my paperwork, and decided to stay to eat. My son and I ordered the regular burger with fries. He asked for nothing but pickles and cheese, and got exactly that. My daughter ordered the Hickory burger which has cheese and bacon. She inhaled it. You order and pay at the counter when you walk in, and they give you an order tracker which is a round disk that you set on a platform that's on the table. That way you can sit wherever you want, and they come to find you with your food. We didn't have to wait long. The food was delicious, although a bit pricey for me. For the 3 of us, 3 burgers/fries, 2 sodas, and 1 water, it was $56. Not somewhere I'd eat at every week, but it was a great treat. They also have free ice cream for dessert.

You really can't go wrong here. I hadn't been before because I thought it was Italian, due to the name, and hadn't been in the mood. But I wanted a good burger and learned Mia's was American comfort food. Only two drawbacks. First, the menu was on a big screen with no pictures, so it was hard to decide what I wanted. Second, the back room was stuffy and hot, but after asking for better air, it was quickly corrected. Okay, let me start. If you like old-fashioned malted milkshakes, this is your place. My chocolate malt was superb. Perfect. The burger was excellent, despite my misgivings that it might be too greasy since it is made of ground brisket. It was very good. I had to bring home half. The fries were perfect. Thick, substantial, not over or under cooked. Just great. Also got the mac and cheese. It was very good, tender, maybe could use slightly more of the cheesy tanginess and creaminess, but good. My friend said his chicken tenders were great, and he wanted to actually drink the gravy. It was that good. I will be back! Like I said, you can't miss here. Whatever you get, you will enjoy.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mia's Table in The Woodlands, TX, and I can confidently say that it was an extraordinary culinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was captivated by its charming and inviting ambiance, which created the perfect setting for a memorable meal.

The service at Mia's Table was truly exceptional. The staff members were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. They greeted us with genuine smiles and promptly seated us, making us feel like valued guests. Throughout the evening, our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered insightful recommendations, and was always available to address any questions or requests we had. The level of professionalism and attentiveness exhibited by the staff was truly commendable.

Now, let's talk about the food—the highlight of the evening. Mia's Table boasts a menu filled with delectable options that cater to a variety of tastes. From their mouthwatering burgers and succulent steaks to their flavorful seafood dishes, every item on the menu showcased a perfect balance of quality ingredients and expert culinary techniques. The dishes were beautifully presented and each bite was a burst of delightful flavors.

One of the standout dishes was the signature "Mia's Meatloaf," a true masterpiece. The meatloaf was tender, flavorful, and paired harmoniously with the rich tomato glaze. It was accompanied by delectable sides, such as creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly seasoned vegetables, which elevated the dish to another level. Additionally, their fresh salads were crisp and vibrant, showcasing the quality of the ingredients used.

The attention to detail and commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients was evident in every dish we tried. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant fully satisfied.

Mia's Table also offers a variety of indulgent desserts that are simply irresistible. We couldn't resist trying their famous "Salted Caramel Cake," and it was an absolute delight. The cake was moist, layered with luscious caramel, and topped with a delicate sprinkle of sea salt. It was a perfect ending to an already remarkable meal.

In terms of value, Mia's Table exceeded expectations. Considering the high quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the inviting atmosphere, the prices were reasonable and provided excellent value for the dining experience offered.

In conclusion, Mia's Table in The Woodlands, TX, is a hidden gem that deserves high praise. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warmth and hospitality that sets the tone for an extraordinary dining experience. This is my first experience with Mia's table. I didn't know what to order but I was with a friend who said that she was getting the taco salad. Her brother-in-law had ordered it and looked fabulous she said. I didn't want to use salad and I really wanted soup so I opted for their taco soup and salad I don't forget the actual name of it however it's in the soup and salad section. In today's economy I think this was an excellent deal! I got a salad approximately the same size as my soup. They told me the soup is the same size as the individual soup order that the salad was a bit smaller. If I had only order soup and it was that size I might have been upset at the cost bad for I think $3 more I got the salad. It was more than enough food. I will say however it was only okay food. Way too many tortilla strips in the soup. And the salad was okay. I loved the crispy bowl that it was in and I understand why they put the queso on top but I'm not much of a queso person in a salad dish but that's not their fault that's mine. All in all it was a pleasant experience. the food was good although a little pedestrian. The next time I go I will definitely try other menu options. The family behind us had a plate of onion rings that looks divine.

This is a casual restaurant with charming decorations. You have your choice of booths or tables. You order when you come in the door take a sensor of some sort and put it on the table and they deliver your food to you. The one thing I did not like is that since I had never been to the restaurant I had to stand there trying to decide quickly what I wanted to order. I would have preferred the opportunity to pursue menu at the table. But like I said if I had been there before it would have been a different process for me. They give you your glasses you self-serve your drinks. However, at the end of the meal they have a free ice cream cone. That was a lovely touch.

I think this is a nice place and it was welcoming to families. I met a dear friend we had a lovely visit while we ate. I would recommend it just check for you...
