So utterly, painfully slow trying to place an order here. Line is to the door and we've got a sloth scooping the food. Maybe they could provide chairs? Literally 10 minutes just to help 1 person. Why does it have to be so difficult to scoop some food on a plate? When it's finally my turn to order, I order a bigger plate that includes 1 side and 3 entrees. For the side I tell him I only want chow mein and he looks confused. Then asks me if I want chow mein for all 3 of my entrees. No, only the side. Then when he asks for my 3 entrees, I tell him, yet he starts scooping things I didn't ask for. So after he fills up the entire container, he then throws the whole thing in the trash and starts over. The people in line behind me all look frustrated and rightfully so. Then he asks if I want fresh chow mein. I tell him no, it's fine. I've already waited 15 minutes to get to this point and I'm not waiting another 15 minutes for fresh chow mein. Just scoop what you have on a plate so I can get out of here. I feel bad for the people behind me. They're all going to have to wait for chow mein and other entrees they're now out of. Meanwhile, the guy working the drive thru fills 3 orders for every 1 order guy at the counter fills. Manager needs to get help for people currently working, or get more competent people. If it was the guys first day I would understand, but this guy was there a month ago last time I was there so he shouldn't be so confused. After paying I thanked him and left. It really shouldn't be...

I have had the worst luck with this place, the past 3 times I went there they have not had enough or no teriyaki chicken, and this was all in the last 30 days, the first one was they had to cook some more teriyaki chicken and it was going to take 10 mins but it ended up being 20 mins, then yesterday I went back up there and they had to thaw it out and that was going to take an hour, and tonight I thought I would do the online ordering, but when I got there they didn't have it ready, like Qdoba, Chick-fil-A, or and other restaurants do they have it ready for you waiting on the take out selves they have, but panda does not have that at their restaurants, because I told the boy at the window that I ordered it over 30 mins ago, so when they finally gave me my refund receipt, they could have made more teriyaki chicken for my order, because that took like 15 mins for them to get me my refund receipt... But it's whatever, not going back there no more! That's for sure! So if you like teriyaki chicken from this place just hope that they have it, because like I said I tried to get teriyaki chicken for the past 3 days and still have not got any, and I went at different times too.. You would think if the teriyaki chicken is the most popular thing that everyone orders, don't you think they would stay on top of that teriyaki chicken so they...

Arrived at 6:15 pm Sunday, Sept 25. Four gentlemen working, none of which had their gloves on when handling food. We were told that what was on the serving area had a very limited selection. Missing half of the entrees and there were No egg rolls, spring rolls, or other sides. The gentleman who served us said what they had was it, they would not be having anything the rest of the night. They were out. We proceeded to order meals with what they did have (which was not our normal selections). As we were seated and eating our meals, a lady and her son came in and they were told the same thing. They left without ordering anything. We were sitting at the table and finishing our meal. Then the employees began bringing out more selections that had been cooked and were fresh. (Other chicken and beef selections and egg rolls). Things that we were told they would not have any more of for the rest of the night. The sign says they close at 9pm on Sunday. So that meant they had at least 2.5 more hours to serve customers. But we were told what they had out to serve was it. Also the trash cans were over flowing and a bucket of dirty water and rags were sitting out over by the trash can/fountain drink area.

We will not return there, and that is the usual Panda Express we...

👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️ Every time I see the Panda Express sign or a nearby location, I feel a sense of happiness and comfort, knowing I’m about to have a decent meal. I first discovered Panda Express 23 years ago during a trip to San Diego, and it has been a reliable choice ever since. Last month, my brother-in-law and I decided to eat there, and I was excited to order my favorite dish, Orange Chicken. Unfortunately, it was temporarily unavailable, so I opted for another dish that was unfamiliar to me—quite spicy and heavily seasoned. To my surprise, about five minutes later, the young lady who had served me (I can’t recall her name) came over to let me know that my favorite dish was back in stock. She brought me a generous portion of the Orange Chicken, free of charge. I was delighted and truly satisfied, not just with the food but also with her kindness and attentiveness. Her thoughtfulness really made my day, and I left feeling grateful for this unexpected gesture. Panda Express has always been a comforting choice for me, and experiences like these remind me why. I’m looking forward to my next visit, where I know I’ll feel right at home.

We stopped by here for dinner take out on Sunday. I would definitely categorize this place as a Chinese fast food place. It has a drive through, but we went inside for takeout. The line is a buffet style where you point and choose what you want and the employee fills your plate. We were greeted with a friendly atmosphere, and the wait was not too bad. The negative side to this kind of food service is that if they run out of an item it does take a few minutes to fill back up. The prices are moderate for the portions you get. They have lots of different items to choose from and with the exception of the fried rice being a little bland, they are all good. Not sure what to pick? Don't worry, just ask to try a sample. It is a good place to eat, but I would probably go across the street in Shepherdsville to get take out from China 8 instead. It has a much better value and food.

My boyfriend and I have both gotten food poisoning from here as well as a friend of mine. On all separate occasions, I got it from the mushroom chicken my boyfriend got his from the orange chicken and my friend got it from the orange chicken as well. I don’t know if they’re not cooking the chicken all the way or what but this is disgusting and I will not be coming back. Not to mention on several occasions I’ve seen someone STANDING on the stove wiping the walls down. Do not risk eating here.
