Stopped in for lunch, I was asked of I had rewards, I said yes and started entering my phone number. I asked the gal helping me if she could edit my profile and add my new number and some random girl on the line interjected herself and said "NO, you have to edit that on the app.." I was shocked and a little humored. I was not speaking to her & the gal I was working with was fully capable of answering my question. Upon, seeing my face, the rude gal that interrupted my conversation said "I'm not trying to attack you!" I was in awe and said "OK, thank you..." and then the rest of our time in the store the workers kept shooting dirty looks at me. Very strange environment. Also, my daughter ordered an unwich, but got the wrong thing. Maybe if the rude interuppting employee wouldn't have done what she did, the employee taking my order would've been able to focus on putting in the correct order. We were going to eat there but decided to leave after this unusual...
Read moreTheir slogan is really really fast but it's always been super slow for me. The slowest Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. My fiance picked me up a sub there yesterday, went in and got it and took her 12 minutes. There was one other person ahead of her. She came home and my sub was wrong, I live 50 miles away. When I called they asked me to come in and they would correct it. 100 miles just for a sandwich? Not one apology. Then it was my responsibility to give them the receipt number to prove what I ordered.
I was driving down there the next day anyways to do some shopping and I'll go get the right sandwich and she'll get her refund but it's pure BS. Not one apology, not anything to really make it worth your while if I wasn't going down there anyways. Horribly managed Jimmy John's and I won't be...
Read moreThe food is great. But we're a little confused when our order is ready. They just yell out the number of the sandwich. "Number 5, number 6!" But in a busy lunch rush, the 10 people waiting don't know whose order it is. We look at one another and sheepishly walk forward, hoping we're not taking someone else's order. Maybe get a name or put an order number on the ticket so the customers know what's up and if it's their food or someone else's. All in all, good food. The person who took our order was a bit plain in expression. She seemed young, perhaps tired. Smile some. Enjoy the people or the work, or both. Happiness helps the...
