Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sheridan

Probably the worst Dutch Bro’s I’ve ever been too. The workers are nice. The customers service experience definitely needs some work. I’ve been going to Dutch bros when the first one opened in Denver off Colfax. This one by far is the worst experience yet. The line is extremely slow, then you order at the window thinking it would be faster it’s even way slower. The barista explained that even if you go through the window that it doesn’t matter on first come first serve because once its entered through the iPad they take those drive thru orders first. So why even have a window then? When I go to other locations it doesn’t work like that? I can’t ask for my drink I get because the never make it correctly so I have to simplify it. It’s just not good, I’ve been to Dutch bros in Las Vegas and Colorado Springs area and this one still is a disappointment every time. I stopped in the drive thru for a Christmas coffee treat today, and was very impressed with their product, and service. I had a large Hot Hazelnut Truffle Mocha - which was very flavorful. They had an attendant taking orders before I reached the drive thru window. I got to the window, and my beverage wasn't ready so the young woman at the window made pleasant small talk with me to pass the time. I was really impressed with her people skills. I will definitely be back. I want to try a regular decaf coffee with cream on another trip. Fast service even though the line in the drive thru was long.

Stopped back to try their decaf coffee and found out they do not brew coffee. They recommended a Hot Americano made with decaf beans. It was just ok. Not very flavorful and a little watery taste to be honest. I definitely will continue to try items on their menu but...

I always come to this location on my way to work and I've always had a good experience never have I ever had a problem with anyone or with my order and I always get more than just 3 drinks by today Elizabeth J. Took care of me and I understand that the weather is not the best today but why go out side without a jacket and think it's okay to be in a bad mood and take it out on the customers! I ordered drinks wanted to use my points she said it was okay so I went ahead and used it and my sister wanted to make a separate transaction and she was going to use her points and her app and she made it to tell us we couldn't use 2 rewards when we were never trying to use double the points and the workers in the window laughing at the situation like what's so funny?
