I have been to this establishment a few times since opening, the workers have been so rude to me 2 out of the 3 times I've been there. My first experience about a month ago, I walk inside and the man at the register looked at me and continued to scroll and text on his phone knowing I was just a few feet from the register and him, waiting to order my drink. No apology at all. I waited like a minute for him to even acknowledge me, even though he knew I was right there waiting. He asked me what I wanted, and I started to order and went to pay and he's already back on his phone and I'm just waiting for him to scan my app. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the customer service yesterday especially. I am a mother and rarely get a time to go out by myself and treat myself to something, and so I decided to go out yesterday for Mother's Day and get myself and a friend a drink through the drive through. I was one of the only people in the drive through and the whole parking lot to start with. I ordered through the mobile app to make sure I got the bogo coupon, and I went up to the speaker and the person was so condescending and rude to me because I didn't wait 5 minutes after I ordered to come up and order my drink. For one, I am a very patient person. I've worked several food service jobs, and so I understand how hectic and stressful it can be sometimes, but this behavior was inexcusable. All I did, was very nicely say that I had a mobile order and what my name was. I never rushed them or anything. I just told them what my order was so they could check it in...then, my friend and I get up to the window, and the worker aggressively hands me our drinks, and when I asked for a straw for mine, he said rudely "ugh, wait a second!" And then rudely handed me my straw and didn't say anything else so we drove off. No, "have a nice day" or anything. So incredibly rude. It frankly really put a damper on the nice Mother's Day...
