I wanted to let everyone know the FACTS about Sherills Ford Tobacco and Vape. I'm a very sick woman who simply needed a vape pen. My husband went to buy one there. I've been there several time but after finding the same stuff for a whole lot less money, I stopped going there. Desperate times. This shop is 10" from my house. My husband does not use the products, but I do. SAM the owner....he's just an awful business man, imo. Solely based on how he treats customers, LIES, acts disinterested when there is an issue, and has staff that will just hang up I stead of trying to work things out. ( I did not swear, just wanted answers). I bought a Load Lookah. It counts down from 9 while re-warming. Well, it wasn't counting down (WHILE TRYING IT IN THE STORE PER POLICY)!!! SAM, then LIED!!! He told my husband that the Load Lookah's don't countdown anymore. I was on speaker listening. So, since I knew what I was talking about, I asked the man to restate it. He said, the new Load Lookah's don't countdown. He kept walking away disinterested and mumbling in a Foreign accent. So rude. Anyway, the man straight up LIED!!! We took the same Load Lookah back home. Nothing. So, I let it charge all night. I tried one more time. It began to countdown. So SAM lied. They DID NOT change the countdown. He just wanted us to keep a non-working product. So, for him saving himself $25 and for lying to me...I making this review. It will go everywhere I can place it. SAM, will not let you speak..he talks over you and just repeats the lie OR he blames the CUSTOMER. He said, maybe you ruined it!!! Really? That doesn't quite make sense, now does it.
*SAM....I told Jacob you got the WRONG one. I do not let business owners treat me or my husband like this! I'm not just some random customer. I will be speaking to the BBB about your practices there. *This was my experience and no one else's. If you've had bad dealings there. Feel free to take my pic and do your own review. WE CANNOT ALLOW THESE TYPES OF BUSINESS OWNER'S TO TREAT US THIS WAY!! This will continue till I atleast get the 3 trips of gas money that this man cost bc...
Read morethis store is a train wreck, the owner is always way too interested in other things like phone calls than helping customers and will talk over you if theres a problem with any devices. anytime you ask for the best product they will suggest the worst/less bought products to you and sell it to you. he has an entire showcase of vapes that are months apon months old marked down for $12.99 and will sell them to people knowing they will have an issue. as a business owner myself this business is unprofessional, and you shouldnt waste the gas money to go here or any of his other stores. they are extremely rude to customers and wont give you their undivided attention making you feel unwelcome in the store, and will ban you over a minor problem. its not worth the time to buy from this store, especially since the prices are extremely high. $26.73 for a geekbar pulse x is absolutely insane when you can go 5 minutes down 150 to the other vape shop and pay $20 for...
