SERIOUS SAFTEY HAZARD BY TAKING YOUR CAR HERE: I have used Highway Tire for years, as does my family. We were visiting my parents from out of town and went to Highway Tire for an oil change and tire rotation on May 17th 2022. Everything started smooth until my wife went to pick up the car alone that I had dropped off and the technician decided to try and scam her by telling her that there was mold growing in the cabin filter, and it needed to be changed. I was then informed it was also the woman at the front desk who was helping with the lie. TURNS OUT, the cabin filter didn't even need to be changed.

Well we picked up the car and found out that the technician didn't read the car's recommended tire pressure. So instead he inflates the tires to 42 psi in the rear and 44 psi in the front. The tire safety warning is DO NOT EXCEED 40 PSI. So I take it back and the Woman who works at the desk looks at me like this is okay, but she fixes the issue.

So the car gets parked and is not driven until May 22nd, 2022 as we were still visiting. I take the car to go run an errand and the car has a slight sway on the road, but I notice nothing of it. Not until I get about 25 miles into my drive does the front end of the car start to shake, and it keeps getting worse... so I thought l had a flat tire. NO, FAR FROM IT. The technician who rotated my tires, never tightened the front wheels. 4 LUGS were about to fall off of the front wheels of the car.

Have been going to them since they took over years ago but will never go back. When the owner yells at you in front of other customers when you ask a simple question and are told that you are entitled, has crossed the line. We brought our jeep in because the heater wasn't working and when we got it back the heater still isn't working. I made the comment that "Obviously it didn't get checked". That caused Scott to go off on me and told me I was completely disrespectful. I never raised my voice, unlike Scott, and tried to understand. He walked out, gave me the parts they had removed and told me to leave. Everyone has a choice on where they get work done, and I would recommend others to find someone else to do the work for you.

In follow up, thanks for the reply. I would ask that you post that video and audio for your customers to see and hear.
