Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sherrills Ford

Hardees in Sherrills Ford, NC - Hours of operation - 9pm.....not tonight (8:13 pm)! Pulled up and smoke rolling out of the gray car. It wasn't cigarette smoke! Go to the door, door is locked. Two people get out of the car, wait til they think we pull off and then head back out to said car. We pull around thinking maybe drive thru is open (no signage to let you know) and they decide to head back inside. I keep trying to give the local Hardee locations business, but they all have issues. Can't make a sandwich as ordered, go in to get it corrected and it's worse the second time around. One wouldn't let us in because there wasn't any hot water, but they had a dining room full of customers they were continuing to serve. Went to another location and they let us order but stated dining room was closed, 30 min before posted time. What is going on? I can't be there at 5 to get my dinner, and I guess I can't go later after work either. Mind you I didn't go to the same location, different locations, different days and same poor service! It never seems to fail that the food here anytime of the day is horrible. Come especially for breakfast and just as the ad says the biscuits are made fresh first thing, for they always hard like a rock. Nearly broke a tooth on the first bite. Guess they don't know how to keep them fresh. I watched the line cook rip the egg in half and put one of the sorriest piece of egg on a biscuit and shortly used the other part on another sandwich. That's one way to cut cost. It is really amazing to know of how bad this place is yet management does nothing. Now there is another Hardee's right down the street and how they differ is night and day. It's to the point I just refuse to get anything else from here I'd rather drive a few more minutes. They need to have the comments info plaque out to be seen not like a where's...

Each and every time I go here the food is horrible and my order is always wrong. I.E. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo this morning simple right? I get to work(10min later) I have 5 cold hash rounds Coffee is Luke warm and they included no cream or sugar. Best part I open to the sandwich which is bacon egg and cheese on a tack hard biscuit. Where’s my chicken biscuit ???? I’m at work for the rest of the day hungry because that biscuit looks gross.
