Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sherrills Ford

I order at this location all the time because I live down the road & my daughter works at a nearby restaurant so it's convenient to pick up when I pick her up after her shift. I'm not going to lie my pizza has been wrong multiple multiple times. It's still good. But isn't always right. But we all make mistakes so I keep coming back, the customer service and the employees are always amazing. I ordered online tonight and for some reason the breadsticks did not go through on the online order. That's on me. I placed the order. It wasn't on there. I own up to my faults. . However when I went in to get my order the two guys working were quick to fix me up even though I'm sure I probably annoyed them, because I didn't know it didn't go through. They were kind, professional and respected me owning up to my order mistake and they quickly made it right for me. I appreciate that. We are all human we all make mistakes, that's why I haven't gone on here bashing the business when my orders have been wrong. Just like I made a mistake on my order tonight they make mistakes sometimes too. What I DO appreciate is them being kind, understanding and making it right and always serving good hot food. Even when my orders have been wrong, they were still good. I will continue to order here, and can over look some mistakes/ mess ups, it's how they handle themselves and the customers that will keep me coming back. Thanks guys for the cheese bread on the fly. It was very good and I will double check my order from now on because I honestly thought I ordered it. One little tip.... The pastas need a little more sauce. Other than that, great job. ( I get both meat and vege pasta and mix them. ) don't knock it till...

If I ordered a "mystery box" pizza and didn't know what to expect, I probably would have been ok. The problem was that I ordered a specific pizza and received a completely different one with only half the toppings.

Perhaps Pizza Hut noticed the winter weight I put on and was trying to save me some calories? Or perhaps this location enjoys surprises? Based on other reviews, I think it's the latter.

Last weekend we moved into a new place, and at the height of exhaustion and starvation decided pizza would be the quickest and easiest way to have dinner. We saw this location was very close, and placed an order for a "Super Supreme" pizza which was supposed to have beef, green peppers, ham, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, black olives, Italian Sausage, and pork.

The pizza we got had one meat on it (I THINK it had sausage but I can never quite tell with pizza chain meat). It also had peppers and onions.

It was missing: beef, ham, mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, pork. The ingredients simply were not on the pizza.

After a full day of moving, and also being millennials who would rather eat raw chicken then complain in person and demand a new pizza, we ate the pizza and carried on with our lives. However, we were and remain a little perplexed about what happened to the rest of the ingredients and how they were simply left off.

All this is to say, order at your own risk. If you want quick pizza, place an order. If you are okay with surprises, place an order. If you are easy going and will eat anything, place an order. If you want everything you ordered to show up on the pizza,...

The original lady that took my order was very nice and polite, she said it would take about 45 minutes for my delivery. After and hour and 15 minutes I called back, the same lady picked up and I asked about my order, she was very apologetic and said it should be there very soon. 30 more minutes went by and I called again, I man picked up the phone and I told him what was going on, he gave some excuse to me that if they dont have a driver on the clock that they use Doordash which is stange considering i was getting texts saying that my driver was arriving soon and the messages were sent from pizza hut, he asked me to look outside to see if they had just dropped it off, I looked and nothing was there. I found it very odd because right after he explained to me the doordash thing he tried to cover the phone and I could hear him ask someone inside the store did you just leave the food outside "assuming not a doordash worker" because why would a doordash worker just be chilling in pizza hut. So i truly believe he lied to me about the whole story, meanwhile the entire time this man was very unpleasnt and rude to me. I asked for compensation and he rudly said i will give you a 2 liter, I said ok i guess and asked for Cheerwine. He said ok and hung up the phone very fast. Such a rude person should not be talking to customers. This is the last time I will ever...
