I visited this service center for an oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One was the staff member who assisted me, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. His attitude was rude and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I had hoped for a positive experience, but instead, I was met with poor service and a lack of basic courtesy. I would strongly recommend that management review the conduct of their staff, especially in customer-facing roles, to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I've been going to valvoline Instant Oil changes for years and hands down this particular one was phenomenal! The entire staff was the friendliest I've ever met, they were so nice, knowldable and they offered more services (checking things) that I've never had done in all the years I've been a customer, which were just included with your regular oil change service. They suggested things but did not pressure you into anything. They were fast but efficient. I truly recommend this location over any other one anywhere! You will not be disappointed! A nice plus tons of food and coffee spots in the shopping plaza with the facilty or the one next to it if u end up getting more work done other than just an oil change so you can grab some grub or caffeine...

I’ve taken both my truck and my wife’s SUV to the Sherrills Ford Valvoline Instant Oil Change over the past six months, and I’m finally taking a moment to write a well-deserved review. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been professional, courteous, and efficient. The oil change service was always done quickly and without any hassle.

One thing I really appreciate is how they consistently go above and beyond—on most visits, I was able to find a coupon online, but even when I couldn’t, the staff took the initiative to look one up for me right there on their computer. That level of customer service is rare and worth recognizing.
