Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I placed an order online through their website. I get a call stating they are out of sweet potato fries and asked what I want in place. Offered a few suggestions, I politely decline and just asked to give me a refund for the amount of the sweet potato fries. The girl on the phone (who was nice and stuck in the middle of this) told the guy in the background that I just wanted a refund for the amount of the fries. He began yelling and said I have to take something or call the company that I ordered through. I stated I ordered from their website. There is no company to contact. He refused to take the money off my account, so I just said to cancel my order and that I will not be returning. He again began screaming and yelling refusing to give me a refund. And again stating to call the "company". I checked my bank account, the debit is listed as Pizza n Stuff. I am appalled by the behavior of this owner. I will never be returning and I'm on the phone with my bank to get this resolved. Sad thing is, I've ordered before food is decent, but they're always out of something. But, it's very convenient to us. Oh well. They have 100% lost a customer, that's for sure.
UPDATE I called my bank about what I should do about my money not being refunded. After some lengthy investigation by a representative of my bank, they found the same thing I found. Nothing! There is no phone number to contact the "company" to get a refund. So basically, this restaurant is holding my $42.76. I have to report this restaurant to my bank and file a dispute. So, my bank will take care of it. I have never in my 40 years on this Earth, had a company refuse to do a refund. Makes me wonder how many other people they have done this too. I understand most places are understaffed so I didn’t want to rush them. I was told they never got my order but would make it and then deliver it to me ASAP. By 9:15 I still did not receive my food and decided to call again and they then told me the driver dropped it off at the apartment above me and left it outside there, I decided to check and see if it was still there because at this point I waited so long for my food I didn’t care to put it back in my own oven. The food was not there, I told the front counter girl (who was extremely nice and understanding) and I proceeded to hear either the owners or managers telling her what to say to me. At this point I asked to speak directly to them and they have the NERVE to tell me I have to pay for a new pizza to be delivered to me. I was absolutely outraged… why would I pay for their mistake of delivering to the wrong apartment, when I know I said my number and have a witness. Read moreWe ordered a Sicilian special a couple weeks back. We got a Sicilian pizza that had only Canadian bacon and nothing else on it. We called and spoke with a very talkative young lady who spoke with her manager, Renee, and were advised we could wait over an hour for another pizza or take a credit for the next time we ordered. We enjoyed their pizza enough and it was already 8 pm, so we decided to take the credit. We just called to order using our credit and they magically have no record of it. The young lady on the phone spoke with her manager, Renee (male) about the request. We were advised there is nothing they can do for us! What?!?!? Not even an offer to discount our current order or anything. Goodbye pizza n stuff. We will never patronize your location again and will be happy to share our terrible customer service experience with others so they do not experience the same fate.
