Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Shoreline

Well... ordered from this Domino's last night— first time I've ordered Dominos from any location in years — because my roommate wanted it. I'll give credit where due for how super fast they were— the pizza was nice & hot when it arrived— and the delivery guy was fast, nice, did contactless delivery, and followed my instructions for finding my house perfectly.👍 And of course it was cheap. But the pizza itself... dear LORD it was awful! 🤢 So bad that we ended up throwing most of it out.🙁 For the price of $5.99 each (coupon/deal) I don't expect a fantastic tasting pizza packed with toppings, but I did expect an edible pizza. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One pizza had what they call "alfredo sauce" instead of the regular tomato-based pizza sauce. It was a white, flavorless, gelatinous substance that tasted like a corn starch & water mix. Mayo would have been an improvement. Crust was also flavorless and had a weird texture. There were a total of 16 pieces of "topping" on the entire pizza, which was supposed to be a 3-topping pizza. Each slice of pizza had maybe one mushroom piece and one olive slice. I'm not sure if the sausage I paid extra for was actually present. I won't be ordering from any Domino's pizza again. I'd rather spend a little more money and get one great tasting...

My digital gift card has not worked once since purchasing,makes it impossible to get sales discounts followed by the Domino's itself not honoring sales coupons.No way to fix it with managers,they said,and I quote:"I cannot do anything for you,you will have to call corporate."Really?Call corporate and go through the time and effort to straighten out a seemingly fraudulent situation from something that should've been a breeze.Poorest customer service ever,don't know which hand is white washing the other on that one.If my card works,someday,I will rescind every word of this review,minus time and effort to clear this up. O.K. sometime has passes,and I was finally able to make purchase with my electronic online gift card.Yay!$So,the waitress was polite,patient,and helful.My order arrived prompty,and the food,ranging from chicken,and cheesy bread,to med. 2 topping pizza(pepperoni and sausage).Sauce was decent and pie dough was crispy and buttery crunchable.So,it was worth the wait,and am satisfied with the experience.Take some home today or get...

As a business that depends on customers, you would think that if a mistake was made, management would do everything they could to make it right. We received the wrong order. We ordered it as a carryout, My husband picked it up on his way home from work. Once home, we realized it was the wrong order after we were home. The whole reason we ordered the pizza was we were tired and looking forward to watching the football game. I called and they said our order had been mixed up with someone elses but, if we wanted them to deliver it, we would have to pay delivery charges. Why? This was not my mistake, the Managers comment was Oh, sorry. I am sorry too. We have been ordering from the Ballinger Way Dominos for 15 years. If this is how you feel about a long time customer, I will not return. There are 4 pizza places within a 3 mile radius, perhaps one of them will appreciate...
