Green Papaya — Restaurant in Shoreline

Original review 3 stars: Pho was great, knocking two stars off because when I asked for water, I got lemon water and didn't realize until after I took a sip and almost puked. Please provide your patrons normal, unadulterated water when asked for just water, and maybe have the lemon water as an option. I'm very hesitant to eat inside this restaurant again for this reason.

Edit: Tried again for takeout and the pho is very bitter and has a bad aftertaste. I can't fix the off taste at home. Service is good here but I won't be...

Their grilled pork sandwiches barely had any pickled vegs.. and it was stuffed with FILLER LETTUCE. I’m Vietnamese but even for a non Vietnamese, it was insulting. While the meat was good, the banh mi sandwich was flavorless and weird. Definitely lost its authenticity with that one
