Its no mystery I repeatedly found decent coffee, but usually Not made right the first time. Iced Mocha rarely has the correct half pump of chocolate and is rarely if ever stirred as ordered, chocolate is clumped at the bottom. Easy ice comes many times with Mega ice and little Mocha Coffee with an overfilled cup that has liquid all on top of the lid. Service on the slow side with many behind counter doing little and one doing a-lot. I rarely get the banana bread slightly warm as ordered, usually piping hot and the texture is then ruined. This location has had a major renovation for the worse. Looks uninviting with No comfortable places to sit and enjoy oneself. easy plug ins are almost non existent and few at that. The flow and look are geared towards get in get out.... and furnished with uncomfortable seating and tables.

5.20.19 walked into store and there was just one customer in front of me. When next up to counter 3 of the six workers looked at me and said nothing at all, no greeting, no walking towards cash drawer. This place has gone downhill fast, not one employee is a veteran of this store, no friendly faces, little if any reason to come back. A homeless person is standing directly in front of the main entrance inside the store and blocking women from exiting with his position. He walked into the store and reeked of body odor, proceeded next to all waiting customers then over to the locked restrooms. The man walked back towards the sugar packets and grabbed one and poured it into his mouth. He walked back to restroom and caught the door as someone was exiting. The seat I am sitting on has no cushion and there is not One plug in for my computer or phone.Still no one smiling ! Unreal, it smells bad in...

This Starbucks location in Shoreline is easily one of the best I've ever visited! The team here consistently delivers top-notch service with incredible efficiency. Whether you're in for a quick coffee on your way to work or settling in for a study session, you can always count on them to get your order perfect and ready in no time.

Gracie Cole, one of the baristas here, is a standout. Her friendly and professional demeanor is a breath of fresh air. Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile and ensures my order is just right. Her attention to detail, quick service, and welcoming attitude truly elevate the Starbucks experience. It’s evident that she takes pride in her work, and it shines through in every interaction.

It's like it's my own personal store these folks really bust their butt to make you comfortable serve you quickly put a smile on your face good attitudes wonderful service always right there for you this is my only Starbucks I go to because they know me and they make me feel very comfortable it's like my own little family plus Starbucks has a wonderful program that donates their pastries their sandwiches their coffee to homeless shelters and donate to my Outreach Ministry of Brothers of the Sun this is a great situation for the homeless in downtown Seattle I am proud to be a part of Starbucks as they are helping feed our community who is no waste love this...
