I've never met such a lazy group of employees in my whole 37 years not only did the woman working the till have some of the worst customer service skills I'm surprised she's managed to keep her job but even more surprising she's the manager I'm pretty sure which is very disappointing because the only thing she seemed interested in managing is her personal time. I arrived 15 mins before closing and she told me I wasn't able to order anything. I asked if they had ANYTHING hot and ready and she said no this is the 5th time I've been to this location and they have NEVER had anything hot and ready it's always at least a 15 min wait for even bread sticks and so even tho their a franchise and little Caesars is supposed to have hot and ready items it looks like this particular location does not because they must not care to meet the qualifications that they agreed to when becoming a franchise store. And not to mention closing before their even still open when she even told me they closed at 9pm and I pointed out it's 15 till she said we already closed our kitchen down 15 mins ago. Wow 30 mins before closing that's pretty crappy and shows what kind of employees work there their more worried about going home asap then doing business and if they had things hot and ready as they should that would not be such a issue. Very unfortunate because this is the only little Caesars in this area and it sucks. Step your game up little Caesars and maybe take some time to review your agreement with your franchise contract because I'm pretty sure your not standing by little...
Read moreService was extremely slow and confused. The average age for employees when I was there seemed to be about 16 and there appeared to be several.people behind the counter just visiting. The early 20's manager seemed to be asking someone(?) what was going on. I walked into the store just as the last customer before me picked up his order, paid and left. While I was then placing my order approximately 16 people came in behind me and placed several orders after mine. They all received their orders and left before me, as well as several.people who came in and picked up their orders that had apparently been called in. When I asked, for the third time where my order was, I was asked what I had ordered? I ordered a half Hawaiian and half Supreme and a order of " classy bread sticks" or something like that. It was supposed to contain, from the picture, two kinds of dipping sauce and bread sticks. I got some bread sticks from a warming glass container, the last ones there, and some kind of red dipping sauce. As I was finally picking up my order, about twenty minutes later I asked why it had taken so long? The young kid said, "I don't know, I didn't take your order. Sorry!". I replied, Yeah, so is the $20.00 worth of melting ice cream in my car!". Again another, Sorry! And then turned away from and ignored. Needless to say, I will never be back and advise everyone else thinking of going to this supposed fast food establishment to be prepared for anything other than fast food or competent service! Just a...
Read moreThis happens to be the closest Little Caesars Pizza to me unfortunately. I've had a couple instances where they have closed early or just not been open doing regularly-scheduled open times without so much as a sign explaining why. The employees are usually less than invested in their job and I'm almost certain from the vibe that it's the owner's fault. Unrelated to the specific Little Caesars, the chain has a whole recently raised prices and there latest pizzas (most bestest and pretzel crust) are low-quality and do not hold a candle to their original cheap but good. It actually is a better deal(considering both the price and taste) to go for a 7-Eleven Pizza. As it stands, I will likely be doing that from now on. Or considering they are now similarly-priced, I'd much rather get a pizza from Pizza hut...
