Went there just after 10 am, no signs or anything stating that weren't doing drive thru, so I go there is three people and I am waiting thinking they order and I was for almost twenty mins over all, 10-15 mins waiting for someone to say hi over the speaker, about 5 mins at window and they saw me and ignored me. I saw this happen the other night after I got work , I saw two people honk at them and drove off angrily, if something is closed due to staff shortage or something is a lie, I am pretty sure the loby was closed due to lights being off and the front sign off, and werent taking mobile orders because they website said no more mobile orders. So you employees are closing way to early and losing you business, sometimes two hours early when you close at midnight. No signs , no indoor eating , no mobile orders, basically closing the store early looking like their doing nothing while getting paid. By the time I left there was more the 5 cars. I was nice and went around and told them what they were doing and werent servicing anyone even THOUGH THEY WERE OPEN. The two ladies who were work at night are rude and shouldn't be working nights.
Update: went to the website and I was correct, there drive thru is open Mondaay- Thursday 11 pm, Fridays Saturday 12 am and Sunday 10 am I went on a Wednesday, so there was no reason for it...
Read moreI placed an online order and was in the line for drive-thru by 9:42 p.m. the two cars in front of me were taken, we pulled forward probably about 9:48... The employees in the store were not responding so I tried calling the store multiple times. They refuse to answer the phone until after 10:00 p.m. There was a sign posted saying they close at 10:00 p.m. Liz told me no one was in the Drive-Thru for the last 20 minutes and she knew that because she had her headset on the whole time. So when I confronted her about the fact that not only did she take two cars in front of me and then she didn't take the four cars behind me, she changed her story and said they had to close earlier than 10:00 because Wendy's ran out of food. She was obnoxious and rude and honestly I ended the phone call returning her rudeness. There's only so much nonsense you can take from Wendy's and from here on out I will never step foot in or order from a Wendy's again. Considering me and my husband ate at Wendy's probably three times a week because he's a courier and it's his favorite place to eat, that's actually saying something. Whoever the stores manager is needs to fire Liz I don't care how short on employees you are anyone who treats customers the way Liz treated me tonight doesn't deserve...
Read moreUsually have a fine experience, nothing great but nothing bad. But last night, (5/14, around 10:40 pm) left me leaving a one star review. I waited to order at the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes, finally ordered and drove up to the window. I ordered a large 10 piece meal with a peach lemonade and a large dave’s double with root beer. I handed the kid my card, though got no receipt. I got handed a small strawberry (?) lemonade, the kid who took my order completely misheard my order and thought I’d ordered a small some type of burger meal with a strawberry (?) lemonade. I told who seemed to be a supervisor that this was completely wrong, so she got me the correct lemonade, though still a small size. I went back around in line and said my meal was completely wrong, I asked for a 10 piece and large fry. He said okay it’s two dollars and some change. I handed him $3 and never got a receipt, never got my change, and didn’t receive my fries. I had enough and didn’t care to go back (after being there for over a half hour) so just sucked it up and left. The male who was at the window looked to be 15 years old and of African-American decent and had braces. I will not be returning and will choose a competitor...
