I placed an order for 3 orders of Quesabirria tacos , obviously if they are called Quesabirria they are going to have cheese ! So tell the lady with the glasses that the first order I wanted cilantro and onions only on the tacos and then she proceeds to tell me “ you don’t want cheese on them then ? “ I said yes I want cheese I never said nothing about no cheese ! Then the second order of Quesabirria tacos only cilantro no onions , she then responds with “ so no cheese on this order ? “ I replied again yes I want cheese I never said nothing about no cheese ! And then the consume that comes with the tacos , she starts telling me “ so then you don’t want cilantro or onions in the consume ?” I’m like “when did I even mention anything about that ? “ I got frustrated and she’s like “ your confusing me because you said you only wanted cilantro and onions on one but the tacos come with cheese !” And I’m like I know but I never told you no cheese if I’m ordering Quesabirria tacos obviously they come with cheese !” If not I would of ordered just birria tacos ! “ then I order 5 carne asada (steak) tacos and tell her only Cilantro ! At then end she repeated the order which was wrong because she did it her way and says your 5 carne asada tacos with cilantro and onion ! I said “no the 5 Arrachera(Skirt steak ) tacos with only Cilantro ! “ She replies with “ you want carne asada or Arrachera ?” I’m like isn’t Arrachera steak ? She said “no Carne asada is beef steak and arrachera is arrachera ?” I was blown away that she doesn’t pay attention and doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about ! A person who is Mexican and doesn’t know cuts of meats is really sad and disappointing! They need better staff and better service ASAP ! She’s dumber then a box of rocks ! Read moreI am a dasher, and I was picking up an order for a customer. I walked in on Sunday, March 9, at 8:05 pm. and let the lady with the glasses know that I was there to pick up an order. She tells me that she will check on it and never said anything back to me. I see people going in and out just picking up orders and nothing for me yet. I must have gone up there like 2 more times to be told that the order is being made by 2 different young girls and mind you they never checked just told me that it was being made. I then proceeded to ask the lady again with the glasses only to hear that one of the young girls said that the order was never pushed through over to the cooks. The customer is already upset texting me that he will cancel because it shouldn't take 40 minutes for a burrito. I let them know that the customer was upset and wanted to cancel on me to have one of the other older ladies, give me attitude about it, and not once apologizing to me. I told them that I heard them say they never pushed the order through, and no one ever took accountability for it. All I got were excuses that they had so many orders. One of the young girls laughs about it and tells me that if the customer cancels, I get a free burrito. Like, really, that's how you treat people coming into your establishment. I wasn't trying to get a free burrito, I was trying to get my customer his food that he had already ordered and paid for. If they cancel, I don't get paid, and I was sitting there for 40 minutes waiting for a damn burrito, and no one apologizes to me and that is very ignorant. They need better customer service there and maybe people who know what they are doing. They need to really figure out a better way to check people in and they don't call out names or order numbers they just call out the actual food in the bags. Read moreThe first 3 times we ordered inside to take home. The wait was ridiculously long, 40+ minutes. The food was good, so I thought maybe they are short staffed and I would try calling in the order and go pick it up.They answer and put you on hold immediately, they just laid the phone down and I could hear people talking and ordering at the counter, after 15 minutes I hung up and called back to finally get my order taken. The next time I called same thing, you don’t even get to say ok when they tell you to hold, just immediately put the phone down. After 10 minutes I had my husband call while I was on hold, I could hear her taking his order on their other phone. My husband told her I was on hold and she came and picked up and I told her that it’s unacceptable service to forget about a customer, she didn’t even apologize, she just we are very busy. Today was the last chance they get. I called, put on hold again after 15 minutes someone picked up and hung up immediately. I called right back, I tried to ask not to be put on hold again, but before I could even finish the sentence I was on hold. I immediately called back they picked up and and hung up right away. Ridiculous, if you need more people, hire them. Never again, I’m going to tell anyone and everyone not to go here whenever Mexican food comes up, the service is horrendous. I’m going to put on Facebook, instagram, and tell friends and family too and have them spread the word on the bad service.
