I drove 30 minute to get to this place because it was the best reviewed and best looking near me, i went in and talked to her and even showed my hair dresser what i wanted. i wanted a dark red color. she then showed me a picture of what she has done recently like what i asked, but it was a lady with brown hair so i told her that’s brown there’s no red in it. she came back with swatches of RED hair, i picked the color red that i loved. she didn’t even bleach my hair, which she should’ve because my hair is already mostly DARK. after mixing the dye she applied it to half my head, and then i heard her talking to someone else that she had ran out of the color she was using and so she would use an alternative and that “she would be okay” (referring to me). after that she rinsed my hair, and already knew it wasn’t what i wanted so she mixed more hair dye and put another whole bottle in my hair. after she rinsed that she dried my hair for what felt like 30 minutes. after showing me my hair, i could not see any red in my hair. my hair was originally light brown, and after the dye it was dark brown. when I left, i was over charged about 15-20 dollars. i payed 144 for a hair color that i absolutely hated. i sat in their chair for about 3 hours, which would’ve been fine if i had gotten what i wanted. after i left i cried for so long LOL. now i have another appointment in a week somewhere else to hopefully fix their mess. the first picture is what i asked for, the second picture is my hair. the next day it turned a little more red for some reason, in the picture also it’s in the sun so it looks more red than it actually is. really spotty work....

I have been to Bliss 3 times within the last month. The first time I had a consult for a halo hair extension. The girl matched my hair to this lightly colored halo (seemed a little light and I expressed hesitation) but ultimately I trusted the professional since I don’t know much about hair. It had been over two months since I had gotten my hair colored so she matched it based a couple inches down from my scalp. The second time I went, I got a haircut and think the girl who did my haircut did wonderful! I also picked up my halo. However, the third time I went, I went to get my hair colored to more match my halo extension that I just spent over $700 on. I was told that I was scheduled between appointments and she wouldn’t have enough time to color my full head, just half and that I would have to come back for another appointment for the rest. I was a little bummed since I’m traveling over an hour for this appointment but then was super bummed when my hair was colored and didn’t match my halo whatsoever. The picture I included is two days after my hair was colored and I’m holding up the $700 halo I was sold. I’m super upset and feel like I just wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this halo and color and can’t even wear the halo because it doesn’t even look like my hair. I’ve been to bliss 3 times now. Every time I’ve had my hair done was by someone different just because I’ve never had a preference. Before they had always did a okay job until Saturday I had gone in with Carmel highlights and wanted to go lighter. I was told that it would be a process and that I would get to a lighter caramel that I was that day. Which I understand because I had gone to cosmetology school myself. The bleaching process bliss did turned out beautiful it wasn’t orange or brassy BUT they admitted to using the wrong toner on my hair so I walked out with darker hair that I had came in with yet alone it was red. Red is impossible to get out and I think anyone who has gotten there hair done knows that hence why the 4 techniques they tried to remove my toner did not work. And because they used so much color removal on my hair they couldn’t even dye it to my natural color because it wouldn’t take. I had gone in with healthy hair that took me a while to get to and come out with dry damaged hair yet alone I got burns on my scalp. I will never in my life come here again or recommend any of my family and friends...
