Update on 10/18/24 Back to the same ole same ole. Had to give this place 2 stars again because of the dry pizza, even after saying extra pizza sauce multiple times. I just don't understand. Then the person I spoke to says he watched them put extra sauce. Just take a look at the pictures I attached, dry as heck. I really dont understand. 2month update The new person who works there is so nice and she makes sure everything goes well with my order. So kind and professional. I like this place much more now. Original Review Pizza always delivers super fast, but they never ever ever give me my extra pizza sauce. I put it in the customizations and in the special instructions, and they ignore it completely every time. Actually, it seems like they put the smallest amount possible, and the pizza is soooo dry! App great - restaurant terrible. I put extra pizza sauce, and they rarely put it on there. Actually, it seems like they make sure to put less sauce.    Read moreI recently posted a review about the pizza hut in Shorewood IL. My review was 4-5 stars. But recently ordering on 8/11/23 they dropped the ball like every other restaurant. I ordered a large sausage pizza to be delivered which comes with a delivery fee. I waited 45mins to an hour which i received no pizza. I contacted store about said pizza and was met with "nonchalant verbal conversation". They claimed that i was supposed to pick up my food when i specifically paid for delivery. I gave receipt no# plus credit card info# as proof of payment. The employee name was Kyle and pretty much debated with me about this food purchase/ delivery fee. Kyle then proceeded to be rude and said "if you dont agree with me you can just get a refund, no sweat off my back". I was completely shocked on the service of this establishment!. Seems as if restaurant's are rude, obnoxious, and completely unconcerned about the customer. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, especially when you are. So i guess I'll have to put this Pizzahut location on a time out/ punishmentđ. Maybe frozen pizza's from Walmart or just make one from home is the way to go.    Read moreThis store is poorly run, which you will learn for yourself if you do business here. Our last experience our order was delayed because the store ran out of cheese. We agreed to return 40 minutes later when I was advised by the manager that our order had not been made because they had called me several times yo let me know they were out of the parmesan garlic sauce I had ordered on one item. I confirmed they had the correct number and asked the manager to call me now, since I have my phone on me and had no missed calls, to which he refused. We accepted that we could wait 15 more minutes to get our order rushed, which we did, to only return home and find it was incorrectly made. I called the store and received a store credit, because store policy is to remake or credit the account, there are no refunds. Sadly, I'll have to return to this location one last time. How does a pizza restaurant, not have cheese on a Friday evening? How hard is it to make the order correctly? Why lie about calling the customer? Why be rude when the team you lead make a mistake?
