Bad Communication . I was working on a design for a ring with Rick .I called on a Monday and Jamie asked if she could help me I said NO I need to talk to Nick she said call back tomorrow nick will be here ,. I then did what she asked . when I called back another employee took my message for Nick saying he will return my call , with that Jamie called me back asking again if she could help me I said no you knew I wanted to talk to Nick yesterday why are you insisting on not allowing me to talk to Nick the Person who I was working with ? So with that I said I dint even want the ring now and asked for a return on my deposit. Helmut claimed that Nick had a personal issue and could not talk .. The truth is Helmut is the big Kahuna , Nick is the work horse that does the manual labor. if that was the case Jamie should have communicated that to me but instead strung me a long and then Helmut still tried to stifle me and my questions .Jamie is a Trouble maker and very Phony You can get that vibe as soon as you interact with her . Also I paid for 1 yr of coverage incase a stone fell out and Helmut is refusing to comply with the signed paid agreement I don't recommend this store unless you want to be dealing with an unaccommodating untruthful place that cant communicate or answers your...

My husband took my watch that had turquoise (red and blue) on both sides. It had patina around stones and leaves and WAS beautiful looked real antique and we live in arixona,fit right in. I've had that watch over 10 yrs and took it in when battery went dead. The person said they would clean it.. only on one side scrape off patina only one side of band. So one side is Beautiful and the other all scratched and all patina gone..but only on half. He had our contact number but never called to ask if I wanted the patina gone...OF COURSE NOT!!!!! We wanted a battery not distruction of my beautiful watch. Asked for our 41.00 back no way he said,thought about stopping payment on check but any time put into this place would be a waste. All the 5 stars you've recieved are confused and they better think twice next time. All you are is taking oxygen away from honest people which you are my parents informed us about. Hope you are very proud. My husband is getting it fixed at white mt. jewelry. They are our best but was closed Monday.we won't do that again...we'll wait for Tuesday. They made my decision about patina not caring about our watch.or my answer concerning patina at all...

I have been dealing with Steven for a short amount of time, primarily buying silver. My wife's wedding ring I originally bought her many years back had lost the main diamond in the setting. Its been sitting for many years with the hopes of bringing it back to life. Sitting with Steven and discussing options I chose to go a different route than a diamond and went with a Black opal (my wife's favorite stone) The transformation that Steven and his shop did was beyond any expectations that I could have imagined. The work was exquisite and brought back to life my wife's ring. The look on her face and her reaction made it all worth any amount of money I could have spent. Without a doubt Helmut the Jeweler, Steven and all personnel are just top notch. My experience with this shop is better than 5 Stars!
