Went there with a simple repair request: my charger port was not working. The wife kept demanding my password. I said, "No." No hardware repair requires that. She kept insisting she needed it, "to check my phone." I still said no. They charged me $50. Said it the "repair was so hard." Brought it home and the sim no longer worked. I knew it had to have been removed. Ed didn't bother to re-tape the back cover so that it kept falling off. The old tape inside was covered in dust and filth as well. I went back. Beth looks nervous. Tells me the problem was I refused to give them my password. WTH? I unlock my phone. She grabs it out of my hand and starts telling me how she "will update all my stuff for me." And, she "normally charges $20 for that service." Then she opens my contacts and starts scrolling through them. She goes through all my apps (without my permission by the way.) Then she pulls out my sim and reseats it. Claims that it "must have updated and that is why the sim isn't working. Obviously they accessed my sim. The sim contains: user identity, location and phone number, network authorization data, personal security keys, contact lists and stored text messages. They had ZERO right to access that data. So, she charged my phone on her induction charger. Why? Because they pulled an old, water-damaged, corroded power card from a display model and stuck it in my phone. So now I cannot even charge my phone even with an inductor disk. They destroyed my phone. Then smiling and saccharine sweet Beth tells me the card is "completely corroded." Dmbass Ed openly states they "got it out of a display model." He also admits they THREW AWAY my working card. So now my phone is completely useless. They send my daughter a text telling me "it was working when you left. So go buy a new phone." (Yeah, until the batter ran out). I go back. Both get in my face yelling at me (my two daughters recorded the entire thing). They are grinning saying they "would never do that, we've been in business 35 years!" and "You brought in a broken phone and we repaired it." My daughter asks, "if it is now unusable, what repair did you do?" They get more nervous, the wife giving this stupid wide-eyed look. Beth throws $50 on the counter, then Ed grabs the money and puts it back in their drawer saying "You didn't pick it up so I must not want it." Bragging they "know all the Show Low PD and work on all their phones." Thing is, I firmly believe they are going through people's personal data. Literally all your text conversations and contacts. Who are they giving that information to? For 35 years this community trusted these two with the PASSWORDS TO THEIR PHONES? Since they are bragging they "know the Show Low police so well." Could they be passing on your personal family matters AND are they doing the same to the local PD? Your business is everyone's business?

I am of the firm opinion these two are SCADALOUS!! LIARS and THIEVES. My phone is now completely ruined. That sow smiled and says, "Guess you need to buy a new phone." The husband is just grinning. Then she says, "I knew you were going to be trouble as soon as I looked at you. (I am non-white. LOL Racist much?)

NOTE: The time she snooped my contacts, an older Apache gentleman simply asked about his speaker repair. Beth her fake "nice voice" in tow, (being hella rude to him) sets the speaker on the counter, shoves it at him and says, "you can bring it back in the spring when we're less busy. You've got five minutes to get out. We're closing." He sat down to text his ride. Her contempt overt, she says he, "has to leave." . He says, "I'm texting my ride." She sneers, "You need to get out." I'm like, "WOOOOOW." She looks at me, awakes to the fact I just witnessed her racist hostility (the real her?). She then says to him, "We'll fix it after we close."

These people have been in business 35 years? It is my opinion these two and their piss poor business ethics should not be in business even a day more. And if you are giving them your password, you are a straight up idiot. You've...

I was looking for this business address, when I noticed some neg reviews. This is the only place to take your phone up here, and let me explain why. I needed a screen replacement a while back. After they replaced it, it wasn't working properly. I read online that sometimes if you put too much glue on this new phone that could affect some issues. (This was a brand new phone from Google that many didn't recognize.) Cut to the point, I had a feeling that the glue issue was the problem. I took it back and said nothing about the glue I read about. He fixed the problem. He also admitted that his glue application seemed to be the issue. THAT is why I will go back. Having the GUTS to admit that a small miscalculation resulted in error shows me CHARACTER. After a day and no charge. we were good to go, not ever having an issue again . We get to be the best by learning along the way. P.S. I have a new Pixel and I cracked the screen...guess where...

Yeah they fixed the phone screen. But they also made my battery expand now I need a new one. The bsck of my phone cade wasn't even put on properly. And ever since they fixed it I've has constant screen issues like buttons not working or the screen not working at all. Fixed it just fine but wasn't work the 180 with all the issues they brought up with it too. My battery back wasnt even on. And the connector is no longer in. Instead og fixing my phone screen like they were supposed to, i now need to get it fixed again cause of what they did to the battery. THANKS for making me waste 180 and the phone...
