This is THE BEST pho spot in town; they've been open for 20 years. A sweet family runs it; be patient and kind. There is a language barrier with some, but not all. If you have a question about anything on the menu, your best bet is to google it if the menu doesn't provide enough descriptions for you.

I always order the combination pho P1 with the round eye meat on the side because it's tender to eat when you put it in the piping hot bowl yourself when it arrives. I also ask for the bean sprouts to be steamed so that they keep everything hotter when I put them into the pho.

H5 won ton min is similar to a wonton soup, but instead of being beef-based like pho, it is pork-based, and it is delicious!

H6 spicy hue-style beef vermicelli is my third favorite soup to order. It's completely different from the first two soups listed. If you want something spicy and you want to try something different, give it a try!

The orange-skin chicken F12 is also a hit. It is basically orange chicken without 10 layers of batter around it. They coat it in cornstarch instead of flour so it is crispier.

A5 Shredded pork fresh spring rolls are delicious, too. I personally like them better than shrimp because the pork is seasoned, unlike the shrimp, so it has more flavor. They also give you a fish sauce dip to go with it instead of the...

My favorite Phó restaurant, hands down. Family owned with authentic cuisine. They always bring an abundance of lime and basil with my phó. All of your fixings are already on the table. I get the perfect phó every time. And always have a whole other meal to take home because the portions are so big. They have dreamy peanut sauce that compliments their spring rolls, trust me, you will want to order more! They make this sweet, creamy , delicious drink , Thai tea, I always get 2!!!!! I will order a second one with no ice Togo and keep it in my fridge for the next day with my left over phó. It’s like getting to eat out twice for the price of 1 meal and 2 drinks. I feel like I get a lot of value from the restaurant. I truly love the smiles and good customer service from this family owned business. Try Dahns Garden for yourself, you...

For many years, Danh's Garden has consistently been one of the greatest restaurants in the Shreveport Bossier area. It's the first place I take anyone that's here to visit. The quality is always at 100%. You never have to worry about whether or not you're getting a "good batch" because every meal is excellent every time. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the restaurant itself is almost always too hot and humid inside, so we prefer to take out. But you should absolutely eat here. The spicy basil chicken is my personal favorite dish.

We got the orange skin shrimp, drunken noodles, and pad see ew. All of them tasted great! The drunken noodles had more of a vietnamese influence than an authentic Thai dish, but it was still delicious. The waitress was really friendly as well. Definitely a hidden gem in Shreveport. Consider checking it out if you are in the area and have a craving for Vietnamese or Thai food.

The pho at this restaurant was decent. The meat portion I got for my pho wasn’t good. The meat is suppose to be raw when it comes to the table. I’m guessing that they cooked the meat so customers don’t complain that it’s raw meat. By the way, our waiter was nice, so I didn’t have much to complain about this restaurant. Our meals came out quickly too.
