As a 3yr+ customer, this is my first review for Mrs. Field's but I feel it's time.
Over the past few years, I have taken my daughters' to pick out their birthday cake every year. This year our tradition had a minor setback (thx Covid) so we decided to make our order online. Firstly, I was very surprised at the variety of different birthday-themed cakes that were offered online. We were able to find an awesome design to go with our theme and put in our order. Our cake turned out perfect to say the least :) it was so fresh and delicious, you could tell it had been baked that morning. Read moreI recently visited Mrs. Field's in the Portico Shopping Center. I ordered a slice of cookie cake, and the buy 3 get one free cookies (all different flavors). The cookie cake slice was decent.... but the cookies were hard, dry, and crumbling. It's like they were old. I paid $17 and was only able to eat the cookie cake slice. I took a bite out of the peanut butter cookie and immediately threw it out. Then I tried the triple chocolate chip and the same thing. Dry and hard. So I threw it and the rest of the cookies out. Read moreVisited this location on 6.8.21. 2nd visit during Pandemic year. I thought the bad quality of their cookies on the 1st visit was a fluke. Nope. Still bad this 2nd visit. Both times I ordered the semi sweet with nuts. Both times they were very limp, undercooked, and oily. They wrap them individually in Saran wrap what seems so I wonder if they wrap them whole they still hot. The cookie is limp and seems to he undercooked and just falls apart when you unwrap them.
