Prep Cakes Bakery — Restaurant in Shreveport

I did take a picture of my cake but it's empty. I didn't think of taking a picture before I ate it. Aww man this place is the bomb.com. They say it was a sugar free carrot cake but I can't tell. I wonder how they do it? But if they say so woo hoo! OMG it was so good and I don't mean it was good FOR a sugar free cake I mean it was good period. I just don't understand how it can be so guilt free and taste so good. But I guess. So now we have a place to go on our cheat days. Who am I kidding every day is a cheat day. So, I did have the red velvet cake and you can tell that there is less sugar. I mean they say it's totally no sugar but it doesn't have the saccharine sweetness of red velvet cake with sugar. I think that makes it even better. It tastes great right, cause it's like dang when your dieting or whatever I wish I could just have the cake texture but no sugar. So this hits that but the little bit less of sweetness it has really makes it guilt free. Because it's just that little bit that reminds you that your eating kinda healthy. The you feel so high class because your eating this cake with no sugar. I would probably get the red velvet cake...

I may be a new addict! There isn't anything I haven't tried yet that I'm not in love with! I love that they offer gluten free options as well! I've been on a journey for the past 2 years with severe liver disease and have made amazing progress! It feels so good to be able to have a treat that doesn't break my stride! The team at PrepCakes Bakery made me feel so welcomed. Even in the middle of their prep work and helping other customers, they still took the time to acknowledge me, share the daily special, and make sure I felt seen.
