They treated their old customer so badly. I drove to the chatting board, and the saleswoman told me to hold on for 1 second. I waited there in the hot sun for 15 minutes, being patient. There were two lanes—while I was waiting, the other lane had no car. After I had been waiting for 15 minutes, one man drove into the other lane, and that salesperson served him right away. I drove to their checking table, and the saleswoman kept telling me, with a bad attitude, that I couldn’t place my order there. I said, “I have been waiting there for 15 minutes—why did you take that person's order first?” She kept repeating, “You cannot place your order here,” with no explanation. She told me to drive around and come back—without even saying “sorry” once. I’ve been a McDonald’s customer for one year and order 3–4 times per week. How could I not know you can place an order there? Then I asked her, “Are you being racist?” and requested her manager. She called her manager and just told him, “He said I was being racist.” The manager came to me with a really bad attitude, saying he would not tolerate it. I explained the whole situation to him, but he kept making excuses and didn’t apologize. Throughout the process, neither the saleswoman nor the manager offered any apology. I just wonder—how could such unprofessional behavior happen? They really treated their customer so badly. After that, I went to Chick-fil-A. They had a very welcoming salesperson who helped me place the order patiently and gave me my food politely. I said “Thank you very much” to them, and they replied, “My pleasure.” How could the difference be so great? I’m a McDonald’s stockholder and a frequent customer. But today, I really changed my mind. I’m selling all my stocks, and I hope you...
Read moreI usually go out of my way to come to this location due to the hospitality and friendliness as well as food quality. Being said I just had some of the worst treatment I have experienced from there Manager of all people (Demarco) i believe i was told his name was after he refused to give me his name that is. He watched me for 5 mins or so place an order inside the dining room, without saying a word not even a hello. After placing my order i went and used the restroom and when I came out he then very rudely stated that the dining room was closed. I ased him since when he proceeded to tell me since he didnt have enough staff to have it open. At this point i already ordered which he watched me place it the food was already on a tray the staffs job was already done but some how me sitting and eating my food was bothersome he proceeded to hand me a bag and said have a good day sir. Then when i asked him why he didnt inform me of that as he watched me place the order for 5 mins he just brushed me off saying have a good day. I cant even begin to tell you the rudeness from this one employee and he is to represent this location. I would honestly expect it from some other locations. And there is no excuse of being short handed or justification to such poor representation not just of mcdonalds but of this location which has always set such a great high standard and posed as a great role model for other locations to follow. Just unbelievable not to mention the food was really dry and half cold. Ill be calling the general...
Read moreAt this point everyone just needs to go to Subway and Chikafila because these fast food places are loving using the so called short staff as an excuse to be outright RUDE & disgusting to every customers. Tonight there were NO customers inside and only 2 in drive thru YET the guy refused to take any orders and the lady came to the window and just stared at us and yelled out the window, slammed it back closed while the employees just sat in the cook area laughing and talking for over 10 minutes! 2 other cars pulled in and eventually we all just left without being serviced and while the employees were on their cell phones inside and watching us laughing. I’m so glad Social Media called this out and most of the country is boycotting all of the McDonalds and other fast food places and let’s just see them all go out of business! Maybe the owners will wake up and see that their employees are taking advantage of this “crisis” and are intentionally hurting their franchise business. Chikafla has not yet once pushed their “short staff” issues on customers nor has Subway! Or most pizza places. So just stick to these places that want our business and let the country keep boycotting all of the McDonalds and such. It’s not worth the headache to be mistreated when you’re thinking you’re helping them by...
