Always an issue. Ordered $60 worth of food, came within a half hour. The MAJOR issue was that we ordered a calzone, NO CHEESE, she took it down and read the order back no problem. Order arrived and sure enough the calzone had cheese, despite the ticket saying “no cheese”. Called to rectify it and was essentially scolded for not informing them of the dairy allergy....ok. The woman reluctantly said they were sorry and would remake it quickly and “get it right out”. After 30 minutes of waiting I called to see where it was at, and was told abruptly they were busy and it would be leaving shortly. We were told three times to make sure we had the original calzone ready to give back to them when the new one was delivered......okayyyy. Keep in mind, I could throw a rock from my house to the pizza shop, it’s that close. Already paid a delivery charge so I’m not picking anything up. The woman had no patience and was not helpful let alone nice. So 45 minutes later, no calzone has arrived and half of my family ate dinner. QUICK EDIT TO ADD that we ordered a second time, got the steak quesadilla and bacon cheeseburger platter. Meat in both was delicious, so flavorful, an abundance of bacon, onion rings. Quesadilla was the size of a large pizza. An absolute steal. I don't know how this place makes money, but I will definitely keep giving them mine!!

Delighted with the meal we just received. Food was absolutely delicious. We called on a Friday and got the fish and chips meal. The fish was huge, flavor very good, the coleslaw delicious.

I got the fish sandwich, served with onion rings. Such a great choice! Because we ordered a certain dollar amount online, we got a free cheese pizza which was a great surprise. I will absolutely order from this place again.

Delivery was prompt, delivery driver was super patient with my mother, who suffers from dementia, and didn't understand the signing of the receipt. He patiently waited while I figured out what was going on and I just want to say that was really awesome of him to do.

I work overnights in Westborough so I was so excited when I came in and saw menus for Nicks on the front desk, specially since the only thing open past like 1030 out here is Dominos and the 2 times i ordered from them i regretted it. So, I looked up Nicks online and was going to place an order but it wanted a $20 minimum for online order. I almost didnt order because I only had $20 on me but I called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was super nice, took my order no problem, read it back to me to confirm (which I really appreciated because I absolutely hate ordering food and my order getting messed up!) Then the food was here in 35min or so just like he said and the delivery guy was really nice as well! When I got my food it was still hot and it tasted great!(Which im so excited about because I absolutely hate when I order food and its cold or just gross tasting such a waste of money!) I will absolutely be ordering from here again and I'm definitely going to let guests at the hotel know where they can get great pizza delivery...
