Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there food and they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called to tell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible and proceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second time trying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanest facility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility that a bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention of hearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with me but he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, but after his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve him dealing...
Read moreI had not been to an Arby's in probably 20 years. So today I decided to pull in and try something. I got the beef gyro.
I get peeved quickly at anything offered for sale that is misrepresented. This was in no way a gyro. I've had Gyros everywhere on the planet from here in Arizona to actually in Timbuktu.
This was just the standard Arby's shaved, processed roast beef with lettuce and tomato between a flat piece of bread - not gyro meat, not pita bread. I asked the clerk at the counter if it came with sauce and he said yes, but I could not discern if there was really any sauce until a little bit, diluted by the grease, dripped out onto the tray.
Was it any good? No, not really. It was bland, and that is kind of funny because even though it has been many, many years since I was in an Arby's, that is what I remember about it now - that the food is bland.
Service was slow as well. I saw the gyro come out on the line and literally stood there watching it for almost 5 minutes until somebody, the manager, came along and grabbed it and put it on a tray. I said to him casually, "You know I've been watching that for 5 minutes sitting there on the line." And he replies with 'have a nice day'.
I think this was my last visit...
Read moreI never have been an Arby's connoisseur my husband wanted to go and get roast beef sandwiches because he claims they are the best. Personally, I always looked at Arby's as a little too expensive because the whole concept of fast food is supposed to be cheap and bad for you. When I went into the Arby's over there on Coronado I was not having a very good day the place was not busy and the staff there was nice and it really changed my mood. I tried one of their orange shakes and it was delicious I could not make a better shake. Sierra Vista has a lot of restaurants you can choose from I have to say I really love going to places where the staff takes the time to talk to you or the suggestions that were given to entice me to come back I highly recommend families to take your kids to Arby's, my husband and I got the for roast beef sandwiches four for $10. After eating just one I was pretty full and the shake was just to die for. I want to thank those individuals were working that day who cheered me up just by being friendly...
