Smoothie King — Restaurant in Siesta Key

I would like to give a huge shout out to store #1211 in Sarasota...On 6/23/25 3:25pm from the beach we walked into the smoothie shop and were greeted with a huge smile by (Samiya), we felt the love from your smoothie associate who gave us her favorite drinks of choice and described what was in the drinks we chose... She had a great presence and very well spoken... Thank you for hiring someone who actually has great customer service skills... We will continue to come and enjoy your smoothies because of Samiya who knows her stuff... We need more like her in the workforce... Kudos to the staff and...

This was a very disappointing visit and the staff could not manage the store by themselves. We ordered two items and kept getting asked questions about what was on our order after we had already placed the order and paid. When we were given our items, my açaí blend bowl was missing some of the ingredients it said it came with. The staff did not say anything about the missing items, they did not mention they were out of anything, they did not ask about substitutes or anything until we came back in to let them know they had missed stuff. Hope this store gets some help or better training...
