Akira Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Siler City

Ordered one dinner hibachi steak with no mushrooms salad ranch and no white sauce, upon getting my dinner home I ONLY HAD RICE AND STEAK!! No veggies and 2 while sauce one for the salad. We'll I don't eat white sauce at all but never on a salad. The lady that takes the orders ALWAYS mess up the order it never fells. Please be advised if u call and she order expect to get your food completely different from what you have ordered. Let me go ahead and reply back since you stating that I demanded free food because that your stating is false. Never did I ask for free food. I told you to begin with that it was 2 of the same meals before I paid. You never repeated back my order. You did said that you was going to make me another one but I never accepted it. After I went back to my seating area, you then came up to us arguing that I only order 1 and I told you it was 2. I told you to that I was going to let it go and have my kid eat my food I order. My family and I love this place. Yes, it takes a little while to get your food from time of order, but it’s for good reason — they don’t precook food and just heat it on the grill. All of the low rating reviews were from two months ago, when they had first opened. I think they have their feet under them now and are running on all cylinders. If you weren’t satisfied before, I urge you to try them again. Some folks say it’s pricey, I say it’s not at all, but I’m not the type of person to expect something for nothing, nor am I okay with paying next to nothing for low quality food. This place is the perfect mix between price and quality. The place is really clean and staff is always nice. If it takes a little longer to get your food, I’d advise you explore the world of social interaction while you sit and wait, or just use your phone.
