Honestly the only reason this is as high as it is, is because of the doctor. HIS service is great. But the staff however is not. I had an appointment to get a new prescription in order to get my contacts refilled. I still had about a months supply to get me u til the new ones arrived. I paid the same day I had the appt. They said with COVID i could actually have them shipped to my home. Perfect. One month later, nothing. No contacts. No updates. I called and the girl tells me she didnt order them! I paid that day and got an invoice but she didnt order them? And a month later an they dont see that in their system? So they tell me they will order them and put them on expedited shipping, but its to their office. I ask to have them shipped to my home like I had originally asked, and to get a call once they arrived at the office, and she said that was fine she would take care of it. It been over 10 days and still NOTHING. I called again and they only have my left eye contacts in. The right side is now on backorder. Its been over a week and they didnt think to notify that the contacts were incomplete??? No update? Not to mention none of them have had the courtesy to offer a sample supply until now. Im down to my last pair of dailies that I have been reusing for days because they dont have my refill ordered! They dont know how to update or provide the services they offer. I paid in full that day. This is ridiculous. If theyre going to be rude and not even apologize for the inconvenience then return the money that was filed to my insurance and that I paid out of pocket. I have never had bad experiences with them u til now so I have been understanding but this is too much. Whoever I spoke to over the phone last had such an uncaring attitude. Is this how they treat their...
Read moreOh Siler Crossing Vision Center, where do I begin. Perhaps with the contacts that were not my prescription, maybe the glasses that didn't fit, the no refund or help policy I received when I asked about the prescription and wrong sized glasses, or how the glasses simply broke after wearing them a total of three weeks because they couldn't stay on my face. But this is all just peanuts when I consider that I blew over two hundred dollars here. I'm not afraid to admit I am not a rich man and that this was an investment for a young man living on his own, so I expected a certain level of quality as this clinic was suggested to me by friends. But this was not the case. I only write this review to say that I was very displeased with my experience and (lack of) customer service here. I hope others see this and are made aware of the unpleasantries that lay ahead if you chose Siler Crossing Vision Center as your eye...
