Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Siler City

A place in order online on a Friday around lunch. First time eating if this particular Jersey Mike's. There were a lot of workers behind the counter they were very busy. People sitting at the tables eating and people standing in line. I did not have to wait long in my order was ready. Decided to go back on Saturday with my boyfriend as he has never eaten at a Jersey Mike's. There were about eight people behind the counter. No one but an employee sitting at a table eating. Two people waiting for food. Mind you I placed an order online. There were flies all in the restaurant. There were numerous sandwiches laying on the prep counter The guy cutting the meat was swatting flies off the sandwiches and the restaurant I noticed was full of flies. After placing my order online and getting there I still waited almost 25 minutes to even get my food. No one even acknowledged me sitting at the table waiting. I finally had to stand up and ask when my food would be ready. There was a girl standing back by where my boyfriend sandwich was being prepped at the grill eating bacon. Food has always been good, and even accommodated for a missing sandwich the first time we had ever bought food from there. My biggest problem is being met with unprofessional workers/managers. Most of the businesses in Siler City are leaving for lunch or at least preparing to, but going there was a disappointment. I was given attitude after trying to place an order because the young lady (Stephanie) would have to make more bread and apparently had a list of orders waiting to be made. Now I understand being overwhelmed about the amount of orders coming in, but it is currently past 11 o'clock. By this time I would figure restaurants are to be prepped and ready to go for their lunch rush, especially if they're a new business in a small town. It is not my fault that the worker was NOT prepared for a lunch rush or even to take an order in general this afternoon. We ordered 2 number eight with the turkey ham bacon cheese and mayonnaise. We told them light mayo on one and no mayo on other. We got our food and both sandwiches were missing the bacon as well as they both had mayo. We asked for more bacon several times. Got 2nd sandwich which was a remake and it had no bacon as well. Finally after asking the lady with the big holes in her ear she brought us some bacon but only 2 slices. We ordered 2 sandwiches so i guess we only get 1 piece of bacon per sandwich.
