Your current overall rating is 3.7 out of 5. When that happens, you need to pay more attention to customer service. Today I ordered ahead on the app. One item, the frozen cherry, was out of stock. Okay, that happens. I was offered icee alternatives and did not like either. I asked for the approximately priced soda. The shift manager, Reyna, informed me this would cost more, then had her worker give me two icees of a different flavor that I said I did not want. I was totally confused. I asked again, just give me medium drinks. She refused because it would cost a few cents more than what I had prepaid. Less than a dollar combined for two. I asked Reyna why she would want to charge me more for the nearest priced replacement to the item not in stock after there was not only an out of stock item but items given me I said again I did not want, but again she would not budge. In disbelief, I asked for a refund. No business should make money off of that kind of leadership. She said, surprise, no. She said it was because I paid on the app. I said she could give me money out of the register for what I paid and that I was not moving until she did. And when she handed the money to me, and I asked her name, she said I could call the store about her. I asked, why, for a few cents, when you yourself made a human error, would you rather lose the business of a loyal customer altogether? Remember when a restaurant that messed up gave you a certificate for fries or an ice cream cone? Gone. She again said I could contact the store. Reyna, your bottom line is people, and because you did not understand that, you not only lost money by not owning up to a human mistake, but now you have invited this review of how far and how fast this store has suddenly fallen in my view, when the review average shows it can't really...
Read moreWent in tonight to eat with my family we order 2 separate orders and long story short they messed up in both orders 1st problem they asked how i wanted our burgers we explain to them no pickles with cheese and we received them with 6 pickles no cheese and then are 2nd order we never received it. Passed 18 mins still nothing people that went in and order after us all got there food we went up and asked told us we had our food already mind u we only had 2 meals for a party of 7 its quite impossible to all eat then told them and still got that order wrong. Manger was not helpful whatsoever told us there all new. But yet couldnt help them. Overall we were starving and mad because i mean why ask what i want if your going to give me whatever u want and why charge extra if your not going to put in on our order. Read moreWorst experience ever at a BK. We had eight people in two cars. It started by trying to get two $20 pack deals on two separate mobile phone apps. Neither would work to make a mobile order so I went to the drive through to make and pay for both orders since the dining room doors were locked. I explained this to the cashier and placed the order and gave them the coupon code and discovered we would have to place a second order because all three phone apps gave us the same code. Well, they refused to take the second order claiming we cannot use the same coupon even though it's BK giving all the same codes, so I asked if they expected us to drive around again but they said they don't want to hold up the line with such a big order.
