This location is my local chipotle but looks like it doesn't deserve my money anymore. The manager is so rude and their hours as to when they close is not organized at all!! If im paying $10 for a bowl, if im giving chipotle $10 of my money, I better be getting the requested portion I want WITHOUT BEING CHARGED DOUBLE (UNLESS I AM SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR A DOUBLE BECAUSE THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REGULAR AND DOUBLE PORTION) Whenever I come in usually between 9 - 10 at night by the way sometimes found closed at 9:30 or a little before because of not enough employees but if you don't have enough employees then stay closed until you have enough to stay open REGULAR HOURS. I waste time and gas to go get food only to find it closed?! But when they are open when im there, and the manager is taking my order he never puts enough in the bowl and I always have to ask to have a little more because I want my $10 worth rather than throwing out your leftover food for what reason? There are homeless people out there dying for food and this chipotle (particularly the manager) gives you the least amount possible so why not give the customer their requested amount If they want more (the customer is happy and chipotle is happy) especially if it is the end of the day where everything is being put away/go to waste. To make matters worse, the side of sour cream and salsa for one of my bowls was completely missing. When I politely inquired about the portions and missing sides, a staff member rudely informed me that they combine portions into a single bowl to "save cups." This explanation was not just stingy practice but also delivered as if it were a perfectly normal and acceptable practice. It's truly baffling that a Chipotle location would resort to such measures, especially multiple price increases that customers have had to absorb for bowls in recent times. ...So today when I showed up to order-in, servers were nice, as always!! But I felt really lucky that I hadn't walked in earlier when they posted the front side of this (now backwards...until tomorrow?) paper sign that read "Sorry! We are currently Only accepting 'Online/Mobile' orders Thank you!" Wait! There's more... There was ANOTHER paper sign posted on the front door that said "Please have Exact $$$ or Pay with card". AND the cashier hand-wrote my credit card receipt and handed it to me. AND the price of my meal went up $2.00 over last week. AND they have been out of the fajita stir fried vegetables each time I was there over the past 2 months. AND the guy serving today was REALLY light on filling up my bowl.
