There were some gentlemen sitting outside that strongly recommended the restaurant as both Indian and Ethiopian. I got the impression it was more Ethiopian. So happy I went in.

I started with beef samosas and they were great. They were served with an Ethiopian spice mixture unfamiliar to me but I loved it. One dry spice powder, which they suggested I add first and then a wet sauce also spicy.

I ordered an Ethiopian Lamb dish as well. It was served with a soft bread. The owner wanted me to see how to use the bread she asked me to get up and come to another table to show who’s they eat using their hands and the bread.

We came for lunch on a Thursday. The restaurant offers Ethiopian, Indian & kebab cuisine. We had an ethiopian vegetable platter, and chicken doro wat. The ethiopian chef came out to help serve and ensure we enjoyed the food. We felt we were being cared for in her home. The spices were PERFECT. Rich & flavorful, just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetarian platter had many dishes and was large and plentiful. The doro wat came in a bowl with 2 eggs, 2 peices of chicken in a delicious sauce. There was a good and affordable beer selection.
