KFC — Restaurant in Silverton

We live in the neighborhood and frequent the silverton location. I must say of any taco bell or KFC this location is the very worst we have ever experienced. Out of our frequent visits here over the last year they have not gotten our order correct EVER , never even once. Today they put 70 (yes I counted them) packets of hot sauce in our drive through order, but not the ONE packet of ranch I asked for. They put sour cream on everything although we asked for NO SOURCREAM . Our receipt even reflects we asked for ranch and no sourcream. They also threw in an extra mystery burrito we didn't order. It's not really a big deal, except that they have NEVER once gotten our order right. NEVER. Beware that if you order here you will just get the mystery bag that they throw together. So...

Service was horrible. The lady didn’t know how to take our order. She punched things in wrong so the cooks made the wrong things. It took 20+ minutes to get our food, but this required going up to the counter and complaining. Three people who ordered after us got their food before us. The guy who finally gave us our food grabbed chicken with his hands and was going to replace it since they had the wrong order; this was extremely unprofessional. He then decided to take the whole boat back, which he should have in the first place. The whole environment of the restaurant was ridiculous and not welcoming whatsoever. You might as well go to a sit in restaurant; better service, better food, and it will take the same...

Gave 3 stars on the atmosphere because they have the AC on in the winter or at least it feels like it's on. The restaurant is freezing and your food starts getting cold immediately. Service is a 4. Always new people learning and most do pretty well. Food is a 4 but it's hit and miss with the crispy chicken. Some people know how to make it and some don't. I was a manager for KFC so know how it's all supposed to be made. The Famous bowl is normally very good. Coleslaw is normally very good but they recently jacked the price up on an individual coleslaw from $1.25 to $1.49 to a whopping $3.25! Wow, it's just cabbage, it's not gold! A large is $7.10 now.
