I haven't been to the bakery but I buy their bread at west Salem Roth's and OMG! The best sourdough whole wheat bread I have had since Germany. Growing up on Graubrot a go too bread in Germany, this bread is the closest thing since "home" bread! Crunchy crust outside sour moist bread inside; perfect with sweet cream butter and strawberry jam or belegte brot; cold cuts and cheese. Knead for seed bread and baguettes are also amazing.
