Customer Service was pretty pathetic. Ordered 3 meals 2 of which were bowls, one mac&cheese bowl and one mashed potato bowl Ordered sodas. When read the order back to us she said 2 mashed bowls so when tried to correct the bowls she suddenly says we don't have mac&cheese. Ok so just 2 mashed bowl combos and she tried to charge for 4. When corrected again to just 2 then the sodas were removed. Only got 1 of 4 sodas and told them at window it should have been 4 total. Worker says receipt only has 1 soda. Not a problem, asked to charge for 3 more sodas he repeats 2, say no 3, again repeats 2, say 3 again and he said I already ran your card for 2. Asked him to run again then for other soda. All our sodas we ordered were Medium. We get 4 small ones. Asked why and he says we're out of medium cups. Ok but you didn't say that and mentioned if charged for Med then should up size not down it since paid for Med size. He then says they're out of Med and Large cups. Read moreI just had a very awkward and weird experience in the drive-thru. I ordered $25.00 worth of food, which included a 5-pc chicken tender combo. Upon receiving my food, after paying, I noticed that I was only given 2 bbq sauces for the 5-pc I just ordered. As I asked for 2 additional sauces, I was met with nastiest, meanest-dirtiest look imaginable! After I was reluctantly given the 2 additional sauces, the lady in the window proceeds to SLAM the drive-thru while I'm still at the window, which I interpreted as gesture to indicate that she was no longer willing to assist me with any additional request of any kind! As I'm driving out of the drive-thru I started to feel very unappreciated as a paying customer and wondered why I was made to feel as is if I'm asking too much of the staff to accommodate me with only 2 additional bbq sauces for my 5-pc combo. Read moreTerrible customer service experience. Today 4/3/23 in or around 11 am upon entering KFC there was nobody at the counter. Shortly, after standing for a while a young tall skinny kid walks in the side door by the cash register and grabs some paper towels to dry his hands after using the restroom. We said hello, he ignores us, he checks the oven, looks at us and doesn't say anything. He then proceeds towards the drive through lady and says something to her. She comes over and asks if she can help us - in a foreign language. We order our food in English luckily she got it right. We don't know if the kid played a trick on Maria but it was not nice. That skinny tall kid needs to learn some customer service skills, manners, and have some common sense. Unfortunately, now a days, youngsters don't have proper manners or customer service skills.
