Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Went to this location for the 1st time because it was close and it was the WORST location I have ever been to!!! I was on my bike, but had several small orders I was picking up for friends on my way home. It would have been a $20.00 or more order. But when I asked the drive thru girl if I could order she “said they don’t serve people on bikes”, I said but your open right? Yes, but the lobby is closed. How do I place order?She said can’t help you. I was under the impression a paying customer was GOOD for business?, but this location FROWNS upon getting business after 12am. Where does this employee need to be so fast she can’t take my order because I’m on a bike?! Maybe THIS location discriminates against people with bikes and working!? Either way not going to this location anymore and neither will the 4 hungry people you left with no food and all of there friends who we’re telling right now..gotta love...

Well what can I say this location is awful . I went through the drive thru dru. I order a jr bacon cheese burger and 2 tacos I asked them I want them well done Cooked. Let me just say the food was extremely awful burger was barely ok. I told them that I wanted my tacos well done sometimes the tacos can be luke warm since there frozen. I don't care what time they pull them out to get unfrozen there still frozen tacos plain and simple. I called back the manager asked me to come back like seriously I was driving home not driving back to simi to show them the food pathetic request by the manager. The manager basically wanted me to drive back to show her my food even though I threw it away plus I wasn't going to drive back to Simi after I drove home . I wish I can give it a zero stars hopefully there cooperation or management will...

Been going here for years always friendly until Manager Fernando questioned where I got a coupon for a free sandwich. I told him it was a thank you gift from a customer and he said I wasn't supposed to have it. I told him that 2 other people from my work had used them without any problems last week ( we were given 3 total ) He was very rude and I even told him to forget it and that I was perfectly able to pay for my food. I also told him that I owned a local business and had been coming here for years. I half jokingly said "well I didn't steal it!" then he said that was the only way I could have got it!
