Went through the drive-thru this morning. Ordered a large decaf coffee, two sausage burritos and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The price was just shy of $16 which is ridiculous. When the employee gave me the bag she said to make sure this was my order. I looked in the bag and it only had one sausage burrito and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I asked where the second burrito was and was told she only charged me for one burrito…really?? I asked for a receipt and she gave me someone else’s receipt. After being ignored after a couple of minutes and cars behind me I told her this was the wrong receipt. She looked around and found the correct receipt. I should have examined the receipt closer before I drove off. The receipt showed I was charged for two burritos. The receipt showed the total to be $13.48 with $6.52 in change. I only received four (4) one dollar bills and a few coins from a $20 bill. So in summary: I was overcharged by a couple of dollars, received only one of two burritos and got a medium decaf coffee instead of a large decaf coffee. Stay away...

It just happened days ago..mi drove off with no sugar in my cofee. Last year when Covid started, I bit into my burger and pulled out a string of a dirty mop or dish towel and lost it! The two girls that I returned to show just stood there like what are we supposed to do, until I asked for a supervisor. Days later I received a call from a manager who offered me a card for a free meal. Lol that is it. Yuck. This location also have too many family members and friends and they all publicly speak Spanish loud enough for customers to here. Update: we just went back for the first time in a while and spent just under $15 on two happy meals and an undercooked dessert. The hamburger tasted like it was just refrigerated bread that'd been left out and then microwaved for too long with a splash of watered down ketchup, a limp, tasteless pickle and some dehydrated onion paste. I'm sure there was meat in it but it just tasted burnt, which is sad 'cause it was cold. The fries are tasteless as always, but at least they were hot. Our drive through time was only about 45 minutes at least (Halloween bucket day). The people we dealt with were the best part about the experience. They understood the order, got it down quick and got it correct. I will not be going back.
