Every time I come here, they pull me up… every time… Every time I come here, they pull up the person in front of me… Every time
Every time I come here, they pull the person behind me.. every time
If your Arby’s has speed of service goals, they’re manipulating them.
Update : 5/25 haven’t been back since my last review
The girl jahstar at the dt window was an embarrassment to your brand and EXTREMELY rude. I asked her for a spoon and she didn’t response I wasn’t sure she heard me so asked again and she didn’t respond . I was OVERLY NICE . She finally responded with a huffed and acted like it killed her to bend over to grab it for me.
I know good help is hard to find in the restaurant industry but you could tell she was a hard no. Who hires there? Who hold the person accountable to who they hire?
Changed my review to zero stars in service and atmosphere. Do better
Update 6/2 I thought maybe the reason I kept getting pulled up was because I would get jalapeño poppers so this time I just got a basic meal a chicken sandwich and fries. they still...
Read moreI had driven three hours from my home to attend a conference and needed something to eat before heading to hotel. The drive-thru line moved pretty quick but when it was my time to order, things went south. I started with my order and then wanted to change it but the young lady said I am sorry but it is already in the system so it can't be changed. This is unacceptable and while I could have easily drove off, I tried to do the right thing. What makes this even worse is the night manager or team leader was the one who done the order. In all the Arby's restaurants I have been in, this one takes the cake for poor customer service.
Follow-up: Restaurant called me and offered a free meal next time I am there. That is great, but I live three hours away and unsure the next time I would be in the area. It seems they are really concerned about their customers. No mention of how wrong the worker was...oh well. I know where not to give...
Read moreJust had a poor experience at Arby's on Fairview in Simpsonville. I had a fairly large order so I asked my grandson (14) to check and make sure we had everything. It looked good so we went home. Well, they forgot all the sauces and an order of chicken sliders. I had to go back . There was an enormous amount of traffic on Fairview. I had to go down to the light at Wells Fargo and work my way back. The young lady at the window gave me our sauces and I was told to pull forward for the sliders. While there I purchased a small lemonade. All together my order was about $40.00. The cashier apologized but didn't offer any kind of compensation. ( I wasn't looking for a freebie but at least an upgrade to a large drink??). Anyway, as I'm leaving she said "Your slider was here after all" and handed me an ice cold sandwich. This was a very unsatisfactory visit indeed! (Although, as I said the cashier was...
