Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Simpsonville

This place messed up my cake completely... they didn't give me anything I asked for when ordering. How the trademark celebration cake with girl colors requested turned into a cake that looked like Halloween (not the same design as the celebration cake at all) is beyond me. When I called, they offered to give me $10 off my next cake. They also said orange and yellow are girl colors so what was my problem. Ummmm...I didn't get the cake I ordered, how about a free cake? Also, isn't pink and purple girl colors while orange and yellow are more neutral? Took several calls to get them to make it right. Each time I go here they are either slow or the staff ignores you while cleaning... while looking right at you standing at the window and then they just continue to clean like you aren't standing there waiting to give them business. Started at the.drive thru at about 9:30..watched as the several employees talked and were very slow to get people through. As we waited on line behind 3 other cars we watched as the open sign was turned off at 9:45 and the road sign that states open to 10pm was turned off. Wondered what the owners were thinking having a crew of teenagers run their business. Finally served and drove off at 9:55pm..my ice was melting as I got it and it was not the best tasting. Guessing we will checking out the ice cream shops in Ft Inn and on Main St Simpsonville...

They try to get you to GUILT TIP by handing you a receipt to sign for credit card payments and fill in the tip & total. What the? I'm not going tip for doing the job they're paid to do. They aren't waiters & waitresses. They just scoop a spoon of ice cream. That is not a tippable place. Tipping is out of hand in this country. Just don't. There's no reason to even ask for a signature. We use credit cards every where and don't need to sign. And I know they don't have to because I HAVE been there and they didn't make me sign. No...
