Placed an order online for pickup. When I showed up I was told that they didn’t have the mix to make the Frosty’s but they could still give me the fries. I told them the fries were for the frosty and I did not need them if we didn’t have the Frosty’s and to just cancel my order. I was told that they could not cancel the order or give me a refund. They handed me a piece of paper with a number written on it to call. I said I am going to call them now and was told they are only open during the day and I would have to wait and call the next day. I asked if they really expected me to leave with no food and no money and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me unless I wanted a drink instead of a frosty obviously not… 😡 so I have literally just been charged for three Frosty’s and fries and have exactly zero food to show for it and have to call a number tomorrow and try to convince someone that I need All my money back. It’s funny cause if I took their product and did not pay it would be stealing but if they take my money and don’t give me my product I’m just out of luck or what?!
Update: just called the number I was giving and it’s for doordashers so I had to hunt down corporates number. Called corporate and they said this is a franchise and they cannot refund the money but would send a request to the franchise owner and if the request was approved it would take 7 days from my approval to get my money back. IF !! literally I may end up out 10 bucks because I made the mistake of ordering from this store and even if it gets approved they are going to hold my money for...
Read moreToday's visit is one that won't soon be forgotten. Not that the visit itself was bad, but that it was an hour wait to get the wrong order. To start this off right, let me send my sympathies to the manager who was busting his butt to cover down for the incompetent person up front. Not only did this particular employee (Trinity) move at the pace of pond water frozen under an artic peninsula, but she would grab random sandwiches and hand them out just to avoid ensuring she was handing out the right thing. After I watched six costumers return their sandwiches and ask for what they ordered, she would just run to the table and grab whatever was there, giving it to them saying it was what they were missing. The customer would then return again to get the right thing, from the manager who was a 1 man fixing crew. Meanwhile, during this horrific display of ineptitude, there were four employees standing there lost in the sauce as if they had an allergy to work. If I was that manager, I would have fired everyone up front, and did it all myself, cause that is what he had to do anyways. Sidenote: due to this fiasco, I watched the cashier have to send costumers away from ordering due to the complete disarray the runner was creating. Read moreI usually never review or post anywhere but this was ridiculous. Waiting in line for thirty minutes, and when I finally got to the microphone they were rude and monotone. I understand being busy but this was insane. Man brought me my food (two sour cream and chives potatoes and a frosty). One bag had one single potato and the other had chicken nuggets and fries. I politely called him back over and told him this wasn’t right and he sounded exasperated with me.
He went and came back maybe ten minutes later and practically flung the other bag at me. Opening it to find another single potatoe, no silverware, butter or sour cream in sight. Called him over again and he rudely said “ma’am you’ll have to wait. We don’t even have sour cream or butter”. Then why did you let me order it???! No warning or heads up. Came back another ten or so minutes later and shoved sour cream and butter packets into my hand and walked off without a word. They were ice cold so obviously they had them, he just didn’t want to go back and do it.
Trust me I’m not trying to be a b*h… I work in customer service to, I hate to do this or say it, but this is insane. For him to cop an attitude with me for something that wasn’t my fault. Totally unprofessional. Had to get silverware from the McDonalds down the road and they were polite and helpful....
