People's Choice — Restaurant in Simsbury

Attention Owners of Peoples Choice Simsbury Location: Update 03/31/24 been a while since I ordered….Got quesadilla and a side of chicken Tenders!!! Took 1 hour to get and was delivered cold!!!! Update: 03/24/23 not sure why I bother other than the food is good but service is terrible!!! Every take-out order I get is screwed up or missing things I’ve paid for and never get, side of ranch side of celery and carrots…..side of fried pickles and management is sorely lacking or just doesn’t care??? The employees seem clueless when you call with a complaint Update: 12/18/22 Ordered a pizza and paid $3 for extra toppings and didn’t get them and I call the store and tell them to refund me and they first say they are not authorized to do this and then blame the online ordering system!!!! Poor customer service and kid answering the phone was not helpful at all!!!! Food is usually hit or miss sometimes!!! but what I find to be really annoying is the online ordering system which is almost always never available and I simply end up ordering from somewhere else and they lose...

The food is delicious everything I've had so far has been outstanding excellent Definitely have to change my review of this place i ordered the veal dinner I've ordered the veal many many times before this time instead of veal it was some kind of mashed up meat made into a veal type paddy and breaded i assume it was a paddy but couldn't tell because it was cut into little pieces like they were feeding a 5 year old, then the cheese steak grinder it was obvious they didn't have nearly enough steak to make the grinder but I got it anyway it was a stale bread grinder with a tiny bit of meat on it the place has gone so far down hill don't even consider wasting your money compared to this go get a gourmet meal...

Ordered a pizza here last night, 10/12. Called 30 mins prior and picked it up. When I got there, was told it wasn’t ready and had to wait. The girl at the counter told kitchen staff I ordered the pizza 30 min ago, and so they rushed it. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. The dough was actually raw, and the cheese had totally come off on over half the pizza during my 2 mile drive home. I’m a regular customer here, and this place is just so inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good, but when it’s bad it’s literally not edible. I will NOT be coming back there are several better options in town.. little city, Joe’s pizza, the winged bear, and E/D....
